No tea/coffee making facilities in the room

The view and location was stunning.

The rooms were a bit tired, but ok for the price. The pool was a lovely facility, but not spa standard. The food looked amazing, but after a 10 hour journey we just wanted something light. Sadly it was a formal, expensive meal or nothing at all. The staff were pretty unhelpful, rude on arrival and unaccommodating.

Restaurant food was excellent if a little pricey.

Bar area didn't have any draught ales. I wasn't given a room as advertised but they reduced my bill.

The room was very tired and in need of an urgent update. The shower , bathroom was poorly laid out, a light bulb flickered the whole time which isn’t good for migraines, but worst of all was the broken fan which meant NO VENTILATION as the manager refused to unlock the window. No quilts either, just old blankets and bed sheets that were folded in the middle as they were clearly meant for a different sized bed. Even the carpet looked like it needed a good clean !

The menu was of good quality and served well. However, as we were there for four nights, it meant having the same choices every night.

Lovely spot in Burgundy.

A traditional 3 star rated hotel that has been extended and modernised. Located on the edge of a quiet hamlet with lovely views across the valley The staff were all very friendly and helpful, which helps to create a feeling of being a family run hotel. We travelled with our dog and she was warmly welcomed in most of the public areas. The food in the restaurant was more like a 4 star standard and the wine list (perhaps understandably) was extensive.

Some exterior refurbishment of the rooms' balconies is clearly overdue.

Lovely location. Large comfortable bed. Air conditioned room. Excellent food and excellent service. Staff very helpful and friendly. Convenient for visiting Beaune, chateaux of Burgundy. Lots of great vineyards nearby.

Good choice and efficiently set ip

Our room was at the back of the hotel so no view. The decor was very tired and needed a revamp. Plenty hot water for the shower.

The property was a place my partners heavenly grand parents used to come to so was a visit of memory more than a generic booking. It still had the same characteristics as what had been described to her

Whilst it is obvious they are trying to update the property and with covid we understand the strain it would have caused but feel that they need to do a little more to update or freshen up other areas. Annex balcony and de weeding in the outside pool area. Our meal at the hotel seemed chaotic on the service, not knowing what part of the meal we were having (starter, main, dessert) wine arriving at the time of dessert also and over priced with the relative cost to a local restaurant we also visited providing better service and better choice for food. Breakfast was also some what over priced for what was on offer and we believed breakfast was included with our stay not an additional cost.

Budget rooms do not have a view but certainly worth it for location and facilities. Pool lovely. Terrace for dining wonderful a positive buzz from many diners and food excellent

Some spider webs in corridor shows cleaning rota being cut. Breakfast good but could be better. In peak season for French peaches and nectarines why was fruit salad dominated by tinned fruit? Prob comes down to budget but...

Breakfast was excellent. A good choice was provided including scrambled eggs and bacon. Good choice also of breads, pastries and an excellent coffee machine too.
