Well. I found the mattress really hard. The toilet, was really quite small and you had to stand next to the bowl to close the door. But I liked the fact the toilet was separate. The area was very close to a lorry park and did look very in inviting. But once inside the grounds it was nice.

The property has gated parking with a lot of spaces. The breakfast selection was very good. Cereals, scrambled eggs. Make your own fried egg. Bacon, potatoes, selection of cheeses, pastries, waffles etc. very friendly staff. And it was relatively quiet. Separate toilet to shower

Location is ok but lots of truck around the area. My Room temperature is warm and there is mosquito.

The check-in time of 15h was not respected and we did not get access to the room until 15h45. It was advertised that parking was free on-site, however I was charged 34 euro for parking. Linen was not available in the room for the sofa bed. Telephone in the room was not answered by reception or room service, but staff at the front desk provided linen on request. Electricity outlet where the coffee machine was connected did not work, two additional electrical outlets did not work in the room. Creamer for the coffee machine was not available.

The room had a good view of the Eiffel Tower. It was close to other tourist attractions.

Breakfast wasn't bad, but could be better for the price. We arrived 20 minutes before 2 PM and altough there were many idle rooms, they made us wait until 2pm. No flexibility. When we got to our room there were a tech guy fixing the shower. There is a lack of coordination.

I do not know if that is a NOVOTEL 4 stars as they mentioned due to the problems that occurred with me but they solved it - staff were good. Plus, the electricity cut off for like 20-30 minutes.

Was made to pay for for slippers - after paying £300 a night. Should not be the case. Pillows and beds could be comfier. Bathroom and toilet separate, with the toilet having no sink!

The Hotel is very near the Parc des Expositions, so it makes it really easy if you don't want to go back and forth in Paris.

How on earth this place is scored 4 star is beyond me. Rooms are very old and you can see they have poorly tried to paint to freshen it up. Pool was dirty and smelly to be honest and the food menu was extremely limited. My score for booking.com is always on value for money based on what i booked vs received. Having paid £168 for a 4 star hotel half board the value for money is strong but vs the actual hotels facilities it is not. To give you an example there were over a dozen ice creams to chose from at dinner which was triple the amount of mains and starters. We got beef skewers, essentially 2 steaks on a stick...

The location was very convenient with a bus stop cloae by to the nearest station to get into paris and the hotel also has very secure parking. Good selection overall for breakfast.

The kettle in the room was not cleaned, communication about the breakfast times was not clear, we were told breakfast times on Saturday which was not applicable for Monday but the guy didn't explain to us that Monday has a different time
