Overpriced and understaffed. Facilities in the rooms worse than a travel lodge. No mirrors, dirty light switches, broken sink, noisy airconand ventilation in toilet and bathroom that couldnt be turned off. Staff so rude and unhelpful it had to be experienced to be believed- and not because of a language barrier as i soeak fluent french- purely attitude.

    location is fantastic

The Spa facility was adequate, but underwhelming.

The breakfast was wonderful and I enjoyed a leisurely morning lingering over coffee in the dining room. The deep tub in my room was the perfect place to soothe away a day on the road and the central location to town was lovely.

Nice hotel in a very nice town. They have done a great job in keeping the flair of the very old building, but still have all the amenities of a modern hotel. Breakfast had a good variety.

Bathrobes had holes in them. Room had no fridge or milk for tea. The breakfast was not great and totally over priced. Coffee was awful to say the least. The service was average.. not great! Not great aircons. Overall it is really over priced!! Will not recommend this place!

    Cleanliness and decor in bedroom.

Disappointed room was not very clean, doors were dirty with finger marks and general use - surely just needed a good scrub - decoration rather tired. Bathroom basin smelly! Very friendly staff and lovely location but the quality of the room was really not in line with the pricing and star rating of this Hotel. Very disappointed :(

the room (5) looked at the car park and road behind - which wasn't what we had requested or expected - the room doesn't suit small children - I don't know whether there were other options

it is in an excellent location for a visit to Provins, quiet, it has an indoor pool which is an excellent distraction for children, luckily unoccupied when we used it given the pool's size

The whole place needed a repaint or wash down - a much used hotel. Room doors needed at least wiping down to make them look clean. More attention between guests to rooms: lightbulbs not working, ditto sink plugs and safe.

Food very good and restaurant staff smiling and efficient despite being under a lot of pressure. Nice courtyard dining.

Hotel seemed run down, spa hard to find and small, never found underground bar. No coffee/tea machine in room nor mini fridge.

Staff were super helpful, room had a nice terrace.

Would be nice to have a electric kettle and be provided with coffee and tea in room. With a triple room, it would be nice to have three bottles of mineral water instead of one in room.

Hard to complaint as I only stayed a night. Room was spacious and I will certainly come again and stay at the same hotel as location is great. Very near to tourists attractions.

Spa was a bit basic and we weren't told that we needed to take towels from our room so had to make two trips down there.

Great location to see Provins. The bar in the mediaeval cellar is amazing.

The hotel lacked character and charm. It was bland and corporate. Private parking was difficult.

Location was excellent in the centre of the old town. Breakfast room was pleasant and a good choice of food - but expensive.

The cost for breakfast was exhorbitAnt at €16 per person even for children. So we did not get it, but then realized there were no other breakfast options in provins, hence the extortionist pricing.

The room with loft for children was spacious and nice. The towels are especially large and fluffy.

Transports. Hotel was not able to help us there - they did try, but printed the wrong timetable for bus. No taxi possible from train station to hotel (they refuse to do the trip - not enough money).

Rooms very good, very comfy. Breakfast superb although I am yet to understand why it costs 18 euros. Nice swimming pool. Staff very friendly.

The amount of people in the spa, almost falling over each other. Maybe there should be a time to reserve it when there are a lot of guests as it was too crowded.

I loved the decor in the hotel. Beautiful small paving stone type decor in the bathroom. Small swimming pool and jacuzzi with dressing gown and slippers to use the spa area.

The spa - overcrowded, flooded, not attended to by the staff. The Unesco part of the village is very nice. The rest of it is like something out of a bad film.
