The room was clean but needed upgrade. Bedding was all white looked clinical no warmth. No bedside table in my room which I found difficult. Shower was fiddly not the best sqirted all over the place but was hot. Room was cleaned daily and was spotless. It just lacked that touch of comfort and warmth. Needed re-decorating.

Nice breakfast room and good breakfast. I enjoyed it. The hotel was near the train station which is great if you intend to do day trips. The hotel was cleaned daily to a high standard. There was always someone manning reception. All staff were friendly. Nice clintele there.

Room was way too small for two people, Had to climb over the bed to get to the bedroom, No space for luggage. Breakfast was not for vegetarians but for meat eaters, it was great.

On our arrival the elevator was not working and the staff didn’t help us carry our luggages. In our room, the coffee capsules and towels were not renewed sometime. And my towel was dirty on our last night. Not so much parking place around the facility if you are going to rent a car.

Facility was clean and the interior decoration is beautiful.

We were given the key to room 607 which was very roomy on the top floor with a bath. Unfortunately there was someone already in the room so we were reallocated room 603 which was smaller with a shower and had a bed pushed against the wall. It was difficult to get in and out of bed for one of us - we are both in our 70s! Perhaps we would not have been so disappointed if we had not seen the first room which would have been ideal.

Ideal location near to the railway station and the tram stop. Many shops and restaurants close by. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was enjoyable.

The shower doors were too narrow for me as I am a larger person. It didn’t matter as I was only there one night.

Always a friendly welcome at Hotel Khla. I booked it last minute and they were very accommodating. The breakfast is wonderful and better than other hotels I been to.

1. In our first day, we have been told that breakfast ended at 10:30 when we were finishing our coffee at 10:40 and had to leave in a rush. The next day at 10:30 the breakfast area was full but nobody received any "warning". 2. It was the first time for us when Booking conditions did not fit to what the hotel did, in regards of payment. An amount for one night was blocked in the day of the booking (2-3 weeks prior arival), despite the fact that hotel could only do that one day before. It is not unblocked to the day, we left the hotel 1 week ago and payed it entirely 2 weeks ago. 3. TV remote got lost after the first room cleaning and we could not use TV for 3 days. We announced that 2 times at the reception. On the same page, we had to ask for shower gel refill, as during the cleanings it was not refillled 2 times in a row. People were nice, but were not resolving our highlighted problems... 4 Elevator did not work one day, we stayed at 6th floor.

The surrounding area is a little noisy at night.

Breakfast was exceptional, variety and quality. Location was very convenient to the train station if a little far from the beach. But the local tram system is excellent.

There was a slight smell in the room. In my opinion, it was the carpet. It is probably due for a deep cleaning. Other than that, everything was great. Rooms are a little tiny, but we didn't have many bags, so it wasn't that big of a problem.

Breakfast: lots of options (sweet and salty), healthy, delicious. Fresh orange juice, eggs, bread, yogurt, fruits, salad, cheese, cereal, tea, coffee, milk, everything really. Staff were super friendly, nice, and patient with my broken French. The night staff too, he was nice enough to microwave my food for me. The rooms are very soundproof. You can't hear a thing from the hall, other rooms, reception or outside. Rooms have tea, kettle, mini fridge, safe, hairdryer, TV, plenty of outlets. You can leave your bags at reception.

The bathroom was quite rough and not that clean. Even considering the high demand for New Year's Eve, the whole room and structure should be a more refined and clean for the price we paid. We could hear the television from the neighbour room for the whole night.

The room was large and in a convenient location close to the train station. The staff could well speak in Italian too. We enjoyed the breakfast and we appreciated the glass of Champagne offered for the New Year's Eve. The facade of the building is beautiful and traditional. The lounge and breakfast areas look also recently refurbished.

Shower cabin was very very small. We were female traveller and felt so. Room is small as well. But consider price and quality, acceptable.

Location is good for traveller using train. Breakfast is good. There are Nespresso machine and tea/coffee set on the table in the room. Large and comfy bed. Cosy town view from the balcony. Staffs were friendly and service minded. Several battery charger beside bed. (Both side) Strong shower. Room and shower cabin were very small but otherwise perfect. Very reasonable.
