Very warm in room, hot air would not turn off so had to open window (in January). Small bathroom and hard bed.

A kettle in the room would have been nice to make a drink rather than having use a vending machine.

The hotel was basic but more than adequate for a one night stay and it was clean and tidy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Located 10min walk from RER station and faurly easy to find.

It felt like it was missing things in the room like an extra desk if you’re a couples so you can put stuff so it was more central as the wardrobe was one side and it could’ve done with another pillow and I think the bed backboard could’ve been a bit higher. Otherwise I’ve got no complaints.

The receptionist was extremely helpful. He was very lovely. We checked in due to delays it was really easy to get to the room. I’ve got a little bit lost getting into the property but that was soon rectified.

Only a couple of minor things - the towels were a little thin and rough. And it would have been nice to have had a kettle in the room to be able to make a drink rather than using a vending machine.

The hotel was convenient for the station. It was good that reception was manned until late in the evening and early morning and the staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was basic but clean so was fine for what we needed.

I had difficulty locating the hotel and had no wifi to use Google map. There was also a language barrier trying to ask people around.

Everything about the room was okay. I enjoyed my one night stay though I was only there to sleep as I toured the city the whole day. I could check in early though at an extra cost of 10€. The staff helped to secure my luggage the day I checked out because I needed to go to Val d' Europe to make a few purchases. It's two stops to Disneyland Paris and one stop to Val d' Europe. It's also close to the Bussy Saint George train station.

Parking is free; easy and less than a 10min drive by car to get to Disneyland Park, train station and Val d'Europe; rooms were quite simply but ok

Bed was a bit firm

The rooms are small, mainly in terms of space around the bed and storage, but it was ok. Bathrooms were not small, with toilet, sink and shower. We stayed for 5 nights, so storage for clothes as a bit limited, but fine. The rooms were very clean and cleaned with beds made daily. The hotel offered breakfast at a reasonable price, and also had drinks and snack vending machines in the lobby. Staff were very friendly, asked for a couple of extra pillows and he was happy to go get some. There is a large, free carpark which was a bonus for us. We took the train into Paris and Disney, the train stop took us just over 10 mins, which offered a cheap and reliable service. We also went via Mcdonalds, which is a short walk away and ate in a wonderful chinese restaurant round the corner from the station. For us this stay offered very good accommodation at extremely good value. The hotel is basic, but it was certainly priced as that, would recommend to others

It was let down by the bed. It took up 90 percent of the room which made it difficult to move around and I believe it was broken one side was hard and made a noise every time you moved the other felt like it had a hole in the middle
