It's cozy and homey. There's a wonderful restaurant called Brasserie BISCUIT nearby. The sandy beach is just a short walk away. There are also many other beaches nearby.

Maria and Francesco were welcoming hosts. Their home is well located yet very quiet. close to the beach, restaurants and bus stop. Comfortable bed, good products and excellent bathroom. They lent us bicycles to ride to Juan Les Pins. Also the AC worked great on some very hot days! Breakfast was delicious and a treat.

great welcome and host and hostess were welcoming and very helpful. The B&B was close to the beach and to the shop and great walks. Weather a bit rainy as this was Autumn time but beautiful days on the other days.

Wonderful couple running a lovely BnB. Super tasty breakfast, went down really well. We had a beautiful walk around the coast and would recommend it to others.

Our hosts were so helpful and full of information and suggestions. We especially enjoyed walking the coastal path which is accessd from the local beach a few minutes away. We came by train to Antibes so we were delighted to use the bikes at no extra charge.

EVERYTHING WAS GREAT!!! THE BREAKFAST WAS VERY GOOD ..FRESH BREAD..FRUITS..HOME MADE JAM. JUICE...YOGURT...WE LIKED OMELETTE WITH CHEESE A LOT...ALL KIND OF COFFEE AND TEA..THEY MADE A RESERVATION FOR US AT THE RESTAURANT AT THE SEA IN THE DAY WE ARRIVED. HELPFUL AND VERY FREANDLY STAFF. WISH WE COULD STAY LONGER. OF COURSE I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE..YOU WON'T REGRET.....WILL BE BACK .. GRAZIE MILLE!!!

The b&b was in an ideal location and the hosts could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Our room wasn't huge but well equipped and everything was of a high standard. Just perfect as a base for exploring the local area.

I found the bed hard and would have liked more pillows.

We found our hosts extremely helpful and nice! They helped us to find beautiful spots nearby and it was excellent that we could borrow bikes to travel back and forth to Antibes. Only five minutes walk to a nice sand beach and the beautiful walks we did in the closeby area was wonderful too.

Fantastic location, quiet and with a high quality finish to the property. The owners know the area very well and provided us with a map and list of things to do and see. Breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of quiet parking on the road, as well as a space on the gated driveway. A beautiful home with plenty of privacy.

All in all everything was really clean but we would have hoped that the floor would’ve been cleaned a bit more often.

The owners were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious and fresh bread was served every morning. The location was perfect as the street was really quiet and the distance to Antibes and Juan Les Pins is not too long (10 min by bus/taxi or 40 min walk).

After a trouble-free week in Italy, we arrived in Antibes and my partner woke up covered in bed bug bites, over 100. The infestation was clearly already present and serious. We later realized we brought bugs with us to Paris, and I also got bitten. We lost a full day of our holiday washing everything and steaming luggage. The bites were painful and caused sleep problems for both of us. The hosts were kind at check-in, but their response was disappointing, only four sachets of jellyfish cream and a comment that “someone probably brought them in.” They eventually offered a full refund via Booking.com, which we appreciate, but this experience severely impacted our trip. We hope the property takes stronger hygiene measures going forward.

The hosts were kind, and the environment was calm and pleasant. Unfortunately, our stay was overshadowed by a serious bed bug issue, which caused us a lot of inconvenience. We eventually received a full refund, which we appreciate.
