Parking was a nightmare there was a car park at the rear which was full and 1 was at the side but this was undesirable, bashed up cars burnt out tarmac and broken glass on car park , cars with no windows the area behind was a little rough to say the least

I never saw any of the hotel people. Not when entering. no cleaning people, no-one in the desk. I stayed 2 nights, but no-one arranged or cleaned the room, or replaced the towels.

The beds and doors are very loud, so there was a lot of noise in the night as people came and went. Otherwise no complaints! Would stay again.

Great location just next to the harbor, train station and restaurants. Since we arrived late at night, I enjoyed the self check-in process and thought the room was clean and comfortable.

I got covid the day I was supposed to go there, so I missed the deadline to cancel my reservation. However the hotel was super nice and reimbursed me... great customer service!

Unfortunately, this stay turned out to be disturbing, unsafe, and deeply stressful. The property is part of the same group as other highway-type accommodations across Europe, and the security issues were even worse this time. From the moment we arrived, we encountered suspicious individuals, likely homeless or unauthorized people, waiting outside the hotel. Since the property operates with automatic check-in machines, the entrance is vulnerable — these individuals waited for guests to enter their door codes, then attempted to sneak in behind them. Some even approached us directly, claiming they had forgotten their phones inside the building to try and convince travelers to let them in. This wasn’t a one-time incident — it happened repeatedly, all day and all night. It was clearly a known pattern, and we felt constantly watched and unsafe, both inside the property and around the parking area. I was especially afraid for the safety of my car, parked just outside the hotel, completely unsecured. We attempted to contact the property several times by phone and message, but they never replied. The complete lack of response or concern made us feel abandoned, and it became clear that they were aware of the problem and chose to ignore it. Things escalated further when one person managed to get inside the hotel during the night. About 20 minutes later, he exited with a small bag in hand, then continued lingering around the area. I have this incident fully recorded, yet even after calling the police, they said it would take 30 minutes to arrive — and in the end, they never showed up or called back. We spent the entire night in fear, unable to sleep, and I ended up doing an early check-out, feeling like we were escaping a nightmare scenario. It was a truly frightening and traumatic experience.

It was a hot day with a nice breeze but the room air conditioner was not cool at all and there was not changing the temp or the fan. Made for a long night - finally opened a window I got in before the desk was open and the machine that you need to use to get your room number and front door access was not in multiple languages - I had no hope until a very nice staff person happened to show up and helped me.

Everything was amazing.

Very comfortable bed and very good amenities. The room is good size and nice shower. I travel a lot and stayed in many hotel that were 5 stars and they were 1 star compared to this hotel. The reception is also very helpful and beautiful. Amazing experience!!

When we arrived we had to do a self check-in because it was late. What we didn’t expect is that we would have to pay there, and that the automatic machine would be so outdated that you could only use a physical credit card but not a virtual one. So we because of all of that we almost had to find another place. I wish that they would inform about this stuff better in their messages saying that a late check in is possible with a code. Also, beds are very soft, not comfortable at all.

The hotel said it had onsite parking but it was 8 spaces that were all full even when we arrived a 4pm, we asked the receptionist if we were ok parked on the street round the corner but she said we might get a ticket and should park out front even though you could see there were no spaces, the area was just pain strange, there were several restaurants nearby but most of them told us they were fully booked even though there was hardly anyone in them and when we came back later that night after finding somewhere else to eat they were still empty nowhere seemed to want tourists coming in to eat.

Didn't like to be left standing outside in the 30 degree plus heat for an hour with all of the other guests waiting to check in. Also didn't like the hotel representative telling us there was no rooms available ( even with reservation). Didn't like to be screamed and shouted at by her for asking why they took our reservation, got really heated and uncomfortable for everybody there. Put my reservation number I to the check in machine and instantly got my room number and door pin. So much could've been avoided, not nice after driving for a few hours and looking forward to a shower and a rest.
