Very friendly and accommodating staff. Rooms were very nicely decorated and clean. They are small, but that's to be expected for the center of Paris. Great location close to metro stop and other popular Paris attractions.

The hotel, located near the Opera, was very convenient for getting everywhere. The room was not very large but quiet and bright, facing the courtyard, and very clean. The receptionist was polite and welcoming, and when we visited a week after our stay, she remembered us and was very helpful and appreciative.

I would prefer a buffet breakfast that I can self-service. The service in table sometimes can intimidate to serve something extra. When leaving, I asked the front desk to call me a taxi to the airport. I got scammed by the driver, who charged more than it was due. I’m not sure is the hotel has any responsibility in it, though the driver justified the reason was that it was called from the hotel (he charged more then the immediate reservation fee). But it’s something the hotel should be aware of.

Very convenient location. The hotel is stylish and the accommodations are comfortable. Rooms are not big, but as spacious that I would expect in a boutique hotel. Breakfast is delicious, very good quality items. Staff is very friendly.

Everything! Location was fantastic and convenient with 3 metro and 1 train station nearby. Staff were lovely and incredible - nothing was a problem. They even helped us with the logistics of shipping goods back to Sydney with no problem. They assisted with organising a nice surprise for us for our honeymoon. 24/7 reception was helpful as we had a few later nights. Would strongly recommend and would stay again when in Paris.

Wish the was a light snacks available in the evening, it wasn’t really a problem as there is so much close by.

Beautifully presented, knowledgeable and helpful staff that went above and beyond. Fabulous location. Felt very safe ( mum and young daughter) The morning croissants/pain au chocolates are out of this world!!!

Very small room, not enough space for two peoples luggage, jackets. If you like putting your things in closet - there is none, just one shelf and everything is exposed to your eyes. Very small wc and shower room. Our windows was to inner yard (if you can call it that), so only views to other windows, but curtains make it comfortable and in the morning/day you get enough daylight.

Comfy bed, clean, quiet room. Very friendly and helpful staff. We really enjoyed water fountain (they give you a glass bottle that you can fill in the restaurant and use during your stay). Stayed for New Years Eve, got a gift from the hotel. For breakfast you have to choose what you want on day before, but you could change your wish on the morning and ask for more or less of something. Its not a buffet breakfast, they bring you everything to the table, but it was a really nice experience.

Our room size was a little tight but we had all the facilities we needed.

This was a lovely boutique hotel that was very centrally located. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly at all times. The breakfast was simple but delicious and exactly what we wanted. We had a wonderful stay at this great venue and would highly recommend.

location was excellent.. Front counter staff and general manager were exceptional re looking after our requests. Nice small hotel on a small quite street with lots of restaurants and shoppng nearby. Louvre was a short walk from the hotel.
