Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomThis hotel only serves breakfast so other meals have to be taken away from the property. Still there is lots of choice in either the old town of Antibes or down on the beachfront at Juan Les Pins. This was not clear to me when booking. My sat nav thinks Bd J.F. Kennedy is in Juan les Pins and not Antibes so it would have made getting here a little easier if I had worked that out before hand!
This was all about location and scale. Very well appointed and not too large. Naturally located on the headland and not on the beach so a lot quieter and surrounded by lots of trees and shrubbery to enhance the exclusivity and privacy. Our room was in a block behind the hotel just across form the small swimming pool. The parking is off the road and is secure at night. the staff were very engaging and helpful and produced the most excellent local tourist map on arrival. You can swim in the pool or walk to the local beaches which surround the headland. The local bus stops just outside which is convenient and there is a local shop just outside the gate.

SwitzerlandNot much. The common areas inside are a bit "dated" (in contrast to our room). Parking lot is a bit narrow if you have a large car. Closest restaurant is a 10 minute walk from the hotel.
Our room seemed recently renovated and was very nice and clean. Breakfast was better than I expected for a hotel of this size and the drinks in the bar are reasonably priced.

United KingdomQuite a long distance from Antibes centre (2-3 miles); no nearby restaurants; the car park can be difficult to navigate with a large car; the gates of the hotel were often closed by 830 pm (hotel policy was 930) which meant having to enter a code at the gate with the car sticking out into a busy main road
Good rooms; lovely terrace/pool/garden area; very good breakfast; excellent beaches in vicinity but quite a long walk to them.

United States of AmericaThe property definitely could use a little more updating to appeal to younger couples. You can see they have updated some of the lobby furniture and artwork, but I would remove the dated brown carpet and replace with white flooring to keep the common areas light and bright. I would also upgrade the mattress. The one in our room sagged a bit in the middle. Also, because the property was off a main road, there was a bit of street noise from the passing mopeds. It was not awful, but worth mentioning if you go to sleep on the early side. One thing that both my husband and I noticed was that most of the front desk attendants did not appear entirely happy to be working there. One of them barely looked up to say ‘Bon jour’ in the morning. I can understand that by early September, which is when we stayed there, most hotel employees are exhausted from the craziness of August, but it’s so important to greet and welcome your guests. Sometimes some of a hotel’s deficiencies can be overlooked so long as the staff is enthusiastic, attentive and genuinely interested in helping people enjoy their stay :)
The hotel’s location was good— just a 10-minute walk to Keller Beach (don’t forget your beach towels). Our room, although spartan in decor, was spacious with a nice shower and good air conditioning. We ate our breakfasts, which offered a decent selection, outside in the patio area. We also appreciated the on-site parking which we reserved ahead of time for a fair price. The grounds were very nice and the plantings were well maintained. I probably appreciated this the most because I know how much labor and water it takes to keep them looking healthy during this ultra hot and dry summer.
