Bathroom is small, and door would not close properly (neither lock or door handle worked). The shower was meh, but all together bearable.

In room we didin't had trash bin, kettle, but we had mini fridge (not in every room, I think). Also not very good ventilation system, because we stayed in autumm and our towels didin't dry overnight.

The location of the hotel - very good, not far away from most visited places. Also, supermarket and quite good bakery just around the corner. Staff was nice and helpful!

The property does not have air conditioning, not even a fan. In the summer it must be terrible. It is almost fall and I sweat every night! I didn’t keep my window open because I felt unsaved. I think at least they should have a fan. Also, I wished the bed was bigger, since it was two people. When we enter our room it will always stink if cigarettes, even though this is a smoke free hotel, so that was very upsetting.

The staff was very kind and welcoming. The location is perfect! I would come back to this hotel just for the location and price. Note that you get exactly what you are paying for, nothing fancy, but descent.

The first room assigned had a cigarette odor but after we checked the other rooms they were okay. If you don't like it just ask the front desk and they will help for sure.

The guy at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. We were assigned a room that wasn't nice and had an extremely strong cigarette odor but we asked him if it was possible to change the room and he did it without hesitation. The place is extremely well located and for the price paid it is worth it.

There were duvet covers that were clear not clean for a long time. But it was cold during the night and we ended up using that.

The location is good. The street is quite enough. If you are going during winter I would recommend thick pijamas, because even during spring it was cold.

The room we stayed in had two windows, one of which was directly near "Hotel" sign and had no curtain, so the room was full of light during the night. Also the shower had some mold and we only had one towel for two, the next night we got two towels though. Bring your own toiletries and flip-flops, maybe you'll need earplugs too, because the hotel is facing the street. There are some reviews about breakfast not provided, but it's stated on Booking, and also, you have a boulangerie in the same building and plenty other places in the neighborhood

Good location, metro and bus stops very close, plenty of restaurants nearby and Auchan working till 22.30. The staff was very friendly, they spoke English more or less and were willing to help. We arrived earlier than check-in time but our room was already prepared. The room is little but you have enough space for two, there are lamps and outlets at both sides of bed. Cleanliness is average but ok, bed was spatious enough but a little too soft. We also had the safe, TV and fridge in the room but didn't use. There's a little kitchen on the ground floor if you need a microwave or hot water. Our room corresponded to photos. In general, good value for money and the Booking rating is kind of fair.

Like i mentioned above, it doesn't look the best, so at first you feel kind of disappointed. Also no elevator, so consider this if you hate climbing stairs.

Great location, it's near convenience stores, pharmacies, there's even a cinema very close by (if you want to try that out), lots of dining options right outside the hotel. There is great WiFi in the rooms. It was a small room, but it was warm, clean and comfortable. We only used it to shower and sleep. Not the best looking place, but it was very cheap. The staff were very nice and kind. Would recommend it to people on a budget.

The room was a bit stuffy, the bathroom was tiny and sometimes a little smelly and the Wi-Fi often didn't work or was extremely slow. But once again, all of those things were expected for one of the cheapest hotels I could find in Paris and definitely worth the price!

The staff was very friendly and chill, not perfect at English but very willing to try. Perfect location, not too busy or noisy but very easily accessible through any means of transportation and surrounded by all kinds of businesses. Also surrounded by bars and very close to the Moulin Rouge (considered the "Red Light District" of Paris), so although that is not really my scene, I assume this location would be perfect for people who enjoy going out at night. Overall great value for money considering the average price of stays in Paris. Definitely would recommend to anyone traveling on a budget!
