My complaints are short: The fire alarm went off at 2:30 am during our stay I and a few other guests ran downstairs to find that something had been burned in the kitchen. Our sleep was disrupted and the adrenaline caused us to lose sleep so we lost part of a sightseeing day due to that. Also the doors are keyless, don’t have a doorknob and sometimes it would not close and we would have to let the door swing shut 3 or 4 times until we could get it to latch.

The location is wonderful. Just far enough from the busy areas to feel intimate. I love the small size of the property. The Nespresso machine with pods and delicious tea along with stocked mini fridge are particularly nice touches. The beds were comfortable. It’s a small room in comparison to American hotel rooms, but we were prepared for the size. We didn’t spend much time in the room so the size was fine for my daughter and I. I would also like to mention on our checkout day the trains to CDG airport were severely delayed. Staff called a car service for us and they showed in about 10 minutes. It saved our arrival to the airport and made for a lovely experience to have the gentleman at the front desk be so helpful.

The only thing slightly amiss was the air conditioning did not seem to work. The room was a little hot. The breakfast in the morning was good but could have been refreshed more quickly. They ran out of croissants

The room was clean and for Paris quite reasonably sized. The location is excellent and right by the Louvre giving easy access to the Marais and St. German du Press.

The elevator could use a little updating. With our packs, we had to go in one person at a time. But in the scheme of things that is really not a big deal.

Property was located on a side street in what appears to be a mostly residential neighborhood. This is exactly what we were looking for...an authentic Parisian experience. Several cafes located directly nearby and was given several great recommendations from the hotel staff. Complementary snacks and beverages in the sitting area next to the lobby offered an excellent meetup location for others in our group. As a bonus, it is within a short walking distance to the Louvre. But be sure to purchase tickets in advance. We thought we could just walk up to the ticket counter and that is not advised. It is also near the river Seine which presents a great opportunity to walk along the river sidewalk to see many sites and obtain beautiful views of the landscape. We are also given an upgrade to a larger suite for our room which was a nice surprise. This show the attentiveness of the staff to accommodate whenever possible even when it was not requested. Overall this is a great boutique style hotel to stay if you are looking for a more local vibe away from the busy touristy scene.

The location was perfect! Our room was so fantastic, room 701. It was quite large with a couch, comfortable bed, large bathroom and perfectly appointed. The balcony was an especially added bonus! Beautiful!! We had absolutely everything we needed all the time. Even more wonderful was Emad, the front desk "angel" who we read about in reviews...but who could know that he was even more kind and helpful than we expected! Emad attended to our every wish and took care of everything for us. Aside from the fabulous room, the rest of the staff was amazing, helpful and our room was always cleaned spic and span in the week that we were there! The staff really goes out of their way with their great attitudes and helpful manner. Thank all of you! We truly felt like we were at home, but in Paris! It doesn't get any better than that!!! Do not miss this lovely Hotel Piemont! The Louvre is so close! And great restaurants abound, of course! Great walking area! We will definitely return!!

- Very centrally located right next to the Louvre - Had complementary in-room coffee/tea facilities - Clean, comfortable rooms - Welcoming staff - I arrived early and had to shower and get ready for work. Even though it was before our check in time and the room wasn’t ready, Emad from the reception was very understanding and helpful. He gave us a free upgrade and checked us in early. Life savior!

There was a bathtube with a hand shower, which I don`t like. I prefare a real big shower with a large shower head. My room was next to the lift.

Room was very big for Paris, extremely clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was small but also vey clean. The hotel is situated in a nice, very central and secure zone. Sights like the Louvre are very close to the hotel.

This is our first time in Paris and our room was upgraded to Junior Suite Royale (which is a really good surprise). The hotel is also in a great location (a lot of restaurants nearby and metro station is just a few minutes walk). We also want to thank one particular staff, Emad, who is really friendly and went out of his way to make sure that we are comfortable. He also offered to help us book a taxi to go to the airport, even before we asked him to. Thanks Emad! Overall, a very pleasant experience! :)
