Bath was chipped. Room smelt bad on arrival. Would liked to have had some drinking water in the room. TV remore control didn't work. Most of the hotel lights were off, especially in the room corridors. Hotel furniture looked dated and cheap.

    Staff were friendly and helpful.

Someone had smoked in the bedroom.

The staff were good. Both on the telephone and on arrival. The lift was out of order but they insisted on carrying our bag upstairs.

It was very noisy during the night - it was a noise that went on and off at regular intervals and affected our sleep. We don't know what the noise was (sounded like planes taking off) but think it was probably to do with the heating or hot water systems. Very disappointing as everything else was great.

    Very clean and friendly staff

Dirty shower area tiles, drainage doesn't work as it should (room 210). Expensive and very basic breakfast (not much to choose from, nothing hot).

Big room, comfortable bed, kettle, free parking

The hotels owners have zero taste in style, colour, decoration and hygiene. Take a look at the pictures, you can see the bathroom tiles full of mold. The color scheme is black and white, just feels disgusting looking at it. The lights in the property were turned off all the time, even in the hallways. There was a constant stench in the hotel of indian curry. Avoid this hotel, please.

    The location is very convenient.

The night porter didn't know how to book everybody in and was surly.

Most of the staff were excellent; the rooms were clean and roomy if a little dated. Breakfast choice was good.

Hotel made point of suggesting it is non smoking hotel, but hall on 1st floor smelt like everyone Smoked. All the time. Skirting board not connected to the wall in bathroom (109). No water available in hotel. Bed so uncomfortable, my wife slept on the floor. Hotel set on edge of industrial estate. Don't think duvet cover changed from previous guests.

    Family room ok. Wifi worked

Nearby the train station and the A6 highway. Ideally located to come to Paris area by car, and to take the train to go downtown. Friendly staff.

Unlike my last visit, staff was not friendly. There was no bread for breakfast. Upon asking for more, I was informed that it was ordered two days previously and had not arrived. No sorry, no suggestion of any alternative, nothing. All that remained was one end of a loaf for toast. Not good enough.

We stayed for just 1 night as a stop off point after Disneyland before the long Journey to Frejus in the South of France. The staff were very polite and helpful. The rooms were spotless and the beds were very comfortable which was much needed for a good night's sleep before a 10hr drive. I would reccomend staying here and i would stay again. Excellent value for the Money.

Wish we'd had a mini fridge in our room as there is not a restaurant for lunch or dinner on site but that's it.

We used this spot as a base for our hiking holiday. The location was great and the family room was ENORMOUS!! Thank you. Great continental breakfast, too!
