We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomSome of the mobile home which are very comfortable are placed rather close together. They DO NOT supply wine glasses in the accommodation which is a first for us in France. They also only have tiny coffee cups and no kettle. , so if like us you only drink tea you have to bring your own kettle ,mugs and wine glasses !!!
The location is great with everything within easy reach. They have a superb swimming pool.

United KingdomNo wine glasses provided in the chalet. Bedroom was cold at night (17 degrees C), and there were no blankets. Would be nice to have a full-length mirror on the back of a door. The shop was useful, but it would be even better with slightly more variety of produce.
The accommodation was clean, new and had good facilities, with nearby parking. The pool looked lovely but we prefer the beach. Good location. Nice terrace for relaxing. Buffet was good value. Staff friendly.

United KingdomThe accommodation could have been a little cleaner as there were signs of the previous people staying there. The outside light was too far from the table area so couldn't see at night when sat outside.
The swimming pool area and the location was beautiful. Breakfast from the shop was lovely and pre ordering was very easy. Reception staff are very helpful when needed. The free bus to Argelès-sur-Mer was brilliant and the driver was very friendly and helpful.

United KingdomApart from the restaurant the snack bar was closed weekdays and only served pizza. It was a bit further out than expected from Argelès-sur-Mer village and beaches but there was a land train to take you in. Only chairs around the pool no loungers.
Very good pools, well maintained lovely pools for children. Basic but comfortable chalet.

United KingdomLovely surroundings, pool was great, restaurant had nice tasty food, location was easy to get out from, free beach train was good, chalets were clean and comfortable, quiet area especially at night.
Space in bedroom is very tight around the bed so unable to get ready in that room. Having to rent bedsheets, towels etc and that they were expensive.

United KingdomPictures don’t match reality. Accommodation was new and clean however the facilities were out dated. Food options were very bad and only open at certain times. Small supermarket has essentials but not a lot of selection for food. Location a little far out from the town and last free bud shuttle returning to the site was 6pm, so we had to rent a car as most restaurants in Argeles-Plage do not open until 7pm

United KingdomWe had a wonderful family stay in May. The kids loved the heated swimming pool. I especially appreciated the fact that the campsite offered a free transport (4 times a day where we were there) to the town and the beach. It makes it a perfect choice for people who travel without a car. The little shuttle train stops by the railway station. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend Le Bois Fleuri to anyone and would come back. Thank you to all the staff!
