Everything!! And all that for 177 euro for one night while the rates on the wall outside are much lower. All the negative comments in other reviews are correct so I'm not going to repeat them. But as my flight was canceled last minute, I did not have another option. This "hotel" should be taken out of all respectable booking sites.

The grottiest place I've ever stayed. The staff where screaming at each other when I arrived. Ignoring me for 5 minutes or so. I felt very uncomfortable. The whole of the place including room and hallways where filthy. It wasn't cheap either. Stay clear.

Only had breakfast on the first morning. Dining area unclean and poorly presented. Coffee machine broke and only got half a cup each! Receptionist couldn't repair it! Staff unable to speak any English. No soap in the bedroom and had to ask for toilet roll as the dispenser was broken!

Dirty old used blankets, no toilet paper rolls, noisy, feels insecure and lack of privacy. Expected, but for the price you can easily find a four star hotel. Worst value for money, not worth it, and one of the worst areas in downtown Toulouse.

I had to ask once for additional soap.

First of all the staff was nice, kind, polite and helpful. It was close to the city centre: on feet! Close to 2 metro stations and railway station! Nice quality to price ratio! Many shops around like Carrefour express or Lidl (I don't like) You can also get nice french food, or street food like kebab in nearby. In my room there was a bath tube / wash basin. The room had window on the backyard, so it was pretty quiet. Greetings from the Netherlands / Poland!

Our plane arrived at midnight, so we came to the hotel accordingly. The check-in was not too friendly, the man at the reception could not find our reservation first, then he wanted us to pay for the accommodation though the total sum has already been withdrawn at midnight (fortunately, I received an sms just before coming to the hotel). It was neceessary to explain it somehow to the staff; fortunately I speak French so finally we found a way to solve the situation. I cannot imagine what would hapen if I did not speak French. The staff spoke just French! Ther was no fridge in the room, the view from the window was in the dirty inner yard / a kind of transom.

The location of the hotel was very practical, not far from the railway station, city centre and the metro station. The room was cleaned daily.

Staff was helpful but: no toilet paper or soap in the room (just need to ask though); Wifi stops each time customers consume the pre-paid bandwidth (need to ask, and then wait for the person who knows to recharge...); the parking is actually not for the hotel, but just a public parking (in case you had doubt you can find a public parking next to anywhere in Toulouse...) so not really convenient, and thing walls but I was tired after a long drive, so I slept well, which is the most important.

Everything was booked around, so I was happy to find a place to sleep, and I slept well.

When I arrived, they "told me",(they didn't speak english or spanish...) that I can't pay with card, because the machine was not working...// So I needed to go to search an ATM and take money for extra taxes! If I would known that before, I would prepare enough cash to pay for it there. After that the Wifi code, which they gave to me at my arrival was wrong, so I needed to go down extra to get the right one. The Staff was I guess a family with children and they were very loud, all the time, discussing, shouting, even in the evenings! Every time when I left the place, I needed to leave the key at the Reception and every time ask for it, when I went back. It was simply exhausting, because they didn't even understand which room number I had. The location is easy to find, but it is some kinda ghetto area with a lot of drunk people there, in the evening I didn't feel safe to get back to the Hotel...I would rather say it is more a Hostel, I didn't even have a normal blanket. It was a terrible experience.

There were many prostitutes around because of the strip clubs opposite. I'm usually fairly adventurous but walking down these roads as a woman at 9pm alone did make me feel quite afraid. The hotel looked nothing like the pictures and breakfast was very expensive. I padi 5 euros for the croissant and tea option, but I was questioned and told to pay for the 9 euro option when I ventured to the other table for some milk.
