The hotel's air conditioner was broken. This weakened the experience of the night in the room, as it was hot, we had to open the windows and because of this it became noisy and uncomfortable to sleep. Unfortunately, I still have not received a refund of the deposit for the first night (at other hotels the money in the account was released instantly).

The hotel is located near the metro, on a quiet street. All attractions are within walking distance. The hotel staff is friendly, everyone is ready to help in person and online. Loved the benefit of the free buffet. The hotel has a luxury elevator. The room is decorated very stylishly, it is pleasant to stay in it. The bathroom has expensive hygiene products.

The payment system - depending on your bank, you might wait for a long time (a month in my case) for your initial payment which is held pending by a bank to revert (as you have to pay again in the hotel once you arrive).

What a fabulous find in the heart of Paris! A wonderful place with warm staff and exceptional rooms and facilities. The rooms were fitted with all expected 5 star amenities and unique services like a 24 hour snack bar and soft drinks. The location is superb, walkable to shops, cafés and many popular tourist spots. A special mention to the helpful and warm staff of the property!

The staff were very friendly and helpful with suggestions on what to see, and how to travel around Paris. We received a very warm welcome when we arrived and a great assortment of refreshments. Our room was spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The location is fantastic, there are plenty of good restaurants and cafes in the surrounding streets. The Metro is a short walk away and most of the famous monuments are a walk-able distance. I would definitely recommend staying here!

The Booking.com booking could have included all the costs. The city taxes and the breakfast were not included in the cost shown on the website. I had to check and see them once the hotel sent me details and if I needed breakfast. Luckily, they were good enough to send me a payment link so that I could make the payment in advance.

Communication and the location and everything to be honest. It was a good stay I organised for my uncle and his friend. Nasreen, the receptionist, was quite helpful and prompt in sending me the information I needed and I was able to sort out everything before his trip. So, all in all it was a good stay according to my uncle and my experience before hand.

I paid the price in full when I completed the booking yet when I was checking in, they informed me that I had to pay the city tax still. It was confusing as the invoice from booking did include that as well as the transaction that was taken. I ended up paying it at the property.

I stumbled upon this hotel on booking and decided to give it a chance. I was not disappointed when I arrived as it did meet my expectations. The room was lovely with a very nice balcony overlooking the Parisian street the hotel was on. Everything was clean, and the room was spacious compared to other hotels in Champs Elysées. I like the concept of having a refreshment buffet by the reception that you can access all day. I would definitely consider coming back on my next trip to Paris.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and stylish. We had the family rooms that were connected and perfect for two adults and two teenagers. The free snacks at 2pm were great and we really appreciated coming back to the hotel for a yummy treat and drink. Also the complementary minibar was a great bonus. It was my husband’s birthday and the staff made a cake and put it in our room for a surprise! A great hotel.

Location is good, 2 minutes from middle of Elysées. Cozy and give warmness to the stay. Friendly staff. Great breakfast
