our pillows were on the harder side and the hotel didn't have any other choice. only a mirror in the bathroom so took longer to get ready. i did notice there was a full length mirror in another room so maybe they just forgot to hang one, room507.

the location was excellent for catching the train as just across the road, also just round the corner if you come out of your hotel and turn right there is a supermarket Carrfour. the hotel was on the 5th floor and even though we had the windows open as like fresh air there was little noise. i took earplugs but never needed them the shower was a lovely walk in and had plenty of room,

The 10EUR breakfast was okay but not brilliant - it may just have been an issue with the coffee machine but the hot chocolate was quite weak and watery.

Room facilities bit old, but location is very ideal right opposite to train station, bathroom is unlike many other same level hotels, it is unexpectedly spacious.

Breakfast is quite simple,room was clean and newly renovated, peaceful, quite, location is excellent,near the most important historical landmarks, practical hotel.Recommendation more renovation to the reception and hallway,pleasing new Lobby to compete with nearby hotels.

It was a bit noisy especially in the morning, because the rooms are very close to each other and weak sound insulation.

Reception staff who incorrectly advised is we had not paid for our breakfast. Blamed other reception staff for being new. We had evidence we had paid correctly. Breakfast room very basic and not value for money. Egg cooker didn’t work - staff were aware - however they continued to let people try and use it and end wasting the food.

I have a personal complaint really. Sadly our parents were due to come with us and staying in a second room already paid, but couldn’t make it due to surgery being carried just before we left the UK. I realise we weren’t due a refund as I hadn’t selected this option when I booked the rooms. However, to then charge my wife and I for hot drinks and a breakfast when the hotel had been paid for a room we weren’t using was not fair.

Location was excellent, right outside the main train station and easy reach of 3 different tram lines! Our room overlooked the main plaza outside the station but the windows blocked out most of the noise! Good sized room and bathroom with a great shower! Facilities were as advertised, staff were very friendly and helpful Breakfast was ok, a typical ‘continental breakfast’ I guess, tea and coffee making facilities in the room would be great, but they charge you for the use of the coffee machine in the breakfast room!
