We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United Kingdomour pillows were on the harder side and the hotel didn't have any other choice. only a mirror in the bathroom so took longer to get ready. i did notice there was a full length mirror in another room so maybe they just forgot to hang one, room507.
the location was excellent for catching the train as just across the road, also just round the corner if you come out of your hotel and turn right there is a supermarket Carrfour. the hotel was on the 5th floor and even though we had the windows open as like fresh air there was little noise. i took earplugs but never needed them the shower was a lovely walk in and had plenty of room,

Sadly our parents were due to come with us and staying in a second room already paid, but couldn’t make it due to surgery being carried just before we left the UK. I realise we weren’t due a refund as I hadn’t selected this option when I booked the rooms. However, to then charge my wife and I for hot drinks and a breakfast when the hotel had been paid for a room we weren’t using was not fair.
Location was excellent, right outside the main train station and easy reach of 3 different tram lines! Our room overlooked the main plaza outside the station but the windows blocked out most of the noise! Good sized room and bathroom with a great shower! Facilities were as advertised, staff were very friendly and helpful Breakfast was ok, a typical ‘continental breakfast’ I guess, tea and coffee making facilities in the room would be great, but they charge you for the use of the coffee machine in the breakfast room!
