Only stayed for one night en route further south. All was fine for a brief stay. Not one you'd want to spend a week in, no character, not a tourist area.

The carpets in the hallways are in need of a deep clean. There were also stains on the carpet in our room, the bathroom was spotlessly clean, however.

The friendliness of the staff. Kettle in the room. Parking on site. A good restaurant across the car park. Ability to open bed room window for fresh air when needed.

The staff was not really speaking English, and then it wasn't clear if breakfast was included in the price or not. I wished that was clearer.

The room was great, big, bathroom comfortable, and the price was very affordable. The breakfast was extremely abundant.

Only negative is that it is on a really busy road in rush hour Noise wasn't a problem but getting accross the traffic to make the right turn was.

The rooms were dark and dingy with stained carpets. Light bulbs were missing in room lamps and in the hallway. The elevator was not working in the morning and we were never notified. I was travelling with a handicapped family member.

Nothing had reserved a room for 2 nights and only stayed for one.

As it is situated on an industrial site there are few restaurants but no small bar/cafe if you just want a drink. However the restaurant adjacent to the hotel have no problem with us just having a drink - in fact they were very helpful. Extra pillows would have been appreciated.

As we have stayed there before it's a good hotel, excellent facilities, away from the city centre, excellent buffet breakfast and staff very helpful
