Very pricey for what is really a 4 star plus hotel.

Maybe a bit more fresh fruit at breakfast, fresh fruit salad perhaps. Couldn’t find an outside area to sit, only at the front of the hotel, but it is a city hotel so perhaps our expectations were a little high

The air conditioning in the room would not produce cooler temperatures. More choice of fruit at breakfast would have been nice.

The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff are excellent. The location is ideal and the hotel is spacious and well-appointed. Good breakfast.

The bar food wasn't that great and it was very expensive . We also booked a taxi through the hotel to go to the airport and we were told it would be €40. The taxi tried to charge us €60 and we ended up having to pay him €50.

Fantastic hotel. We had so warm welcome by the staff trying to make our holidays our best. Everything was great. The breakfast, the room i have no words to express my thanks to everyone we met during our stay. The room was spacious and so clean. In every corner of the hotel was smelling a very nice fragrance We are so Impressed and wish to visit again this amazing hotel

The overall experience was great. Probably the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in throughout the world in over 50 years of travelling. Likewise the staff were really excellent , friendly and helpful. Willing to have a conversation and interested in their guests. Room was very comfortable and had everything we needed.

For our room the WiFi was a bit patchy

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms were lovely, comfortable and clean. Location was excellent. We thought it was also really nice having turn down service especially post COVID where that is normally not offered anymore.

Such lovely accommodating staff making sure the experience was great. The furnishing are also fantasying and everything feels well thought out, from the nice Italian chairs to the design of the room. The bar area is also great.

The phone in the room is really inoperable and too cumbersome. Small detail but I would prefer to pick a phone and press button for room service or front desk.

Absolutely loved the room, the bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom products were of high quality. The shared areas, bar, playstation room. The staff were extremely friendly and smiley. Attention to detail is on point. Will be back every time we go to Bordeaux without a doubt.

There is no terrace or outdoor seating area from the lobby which I always prefer.

First of all, the hotel staff were phenomenal, the room size was great and the location was very close to the Rue Saint-Catherine where the shops and boutiques.
