The gym wasn't open. I'd have liked a bar. And the garage was too narrow for my car.

The service was excellent - I left my ring at the hotel and the receptionist managed to find it and mail it back to the UK for me. This was very much appreciated.

Parking clearly not made for larger cars (e.g. Peugeout 3008) and difficult to manoeuvre. Lift in building only for 2 people (yes, we tried more, and the lift doors would not open), obliging two members of our party to take 3 flights of stairs or wait again. Access to garage from the hotel annoying ( probably for the staff also) because one has to phone reception to go and return. No common area, bar or restaurant (closed on weekend), nothing for younger children. Lobby a bit soulless, although staff nice. Breakfast good .

Clean rooms, friendly staff, excellent location : 10 mins from Part-Dieu shopping, short walk to "Les Halles de Lyon" and we found excellent Chinese/Pizza only ten minutes away, and saw many other attractive bars and restaurants a similar distance. Breakfast good (but expensive). Price for room correct.

Whilst I was pleased to have on-site parking, it was very steep to access, and quite tight. Access to the hotel from the garage is a little strange, but manageable. Shower pressure, as usual, left something to be desired, and it just felt a little gloomy, overall. Nothing particular, but more a general feeling of being a bit down in the mouth.

Overall the room and bathroom were fine. The staff were friendly. The public spaces felt dark and gloomy, but this might simply be because there weren't many guests, and they had turned the lighting down.

The man at the reception was arrogant and did not want to let us check in even though I had the Booking confirmation that it's already paid; The room was not enough bright ; The network for calls and internet was poor

If I really have to be picky, the Wi-Fi it kept disconnecting , but maybe it was a peak point when I tried to use, I am not sure, but anyway not big issue at all.

We had a suite , a large bed and a sofa bed, both quite comfortable; the suite was nice and clean. the staff has been very helpful and courteous, willing to do the extra mile to make our stay the best possible. Location is very central and close to restaurants, shops etc.

The code to operate the elevator was a bit confusing. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Comfortable hotel close to public transport to easily access various parts of the city. The room is spacious, the beds very comfortable and the staff helpful. The breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended.
