We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Rooms are much improved on previous visits. Rooms are comfortable. Car park is secure (several travellers on motorcycles parked close to bedrooms). Ideal locations when travelling east to west (in my case.) Several restaurants within walking distance.

PolandThe room was cozy with a comfortable bed. We appreciated the large TV with SMART features and the presence of a kettle — small things that add comfort. The external shutters provided extra soundproofing and blocked out the light, so it was quiet and peaceful (as long as your apartment doesn’t face the parking lot). Free parking is definitely a plus, and the nearby shopping mall, cafés, and gas station were very convenient. Cons: The paper cups in the bathroom felt out of place and gave the impression of cost-cutting. Also, there was only one chair in the double room — which is not very convenient for two guests. But the biggest disappointment was the initial deception: we were first given a room completely different from what we had booked. Only when we insisted and were ready to leave did we receive the correct room — the one shown in the photos on Booking. Why offer something that doesn’t match expectations and risk damaging your own rating?
