Poor menu choices. 4 dishes to choose. 2 where burgers both the same. And one wasn't available . Tax charges for the dog was more than anywhere else.

Location. Quiet. Friendly staff although perhaps not enough of them.

Food could be better. Our first meal was burnt, not a great start. Room was not as advertised, smaller, no air conditioning. Toilet was stained. No telephone. Bed was poor quality, lumpy and uncomfortable.

Always a good overnight stop. Staff pleasant and helpful. Food good, both dinner and breakfast. Will return in the future.

The room on the ground floor has only a door toward the backyard and there is no window for ventilation. The door is not provided with a mesh screen and insects get in. The facility has no air conditioning

The room was a little on the small size however we only slept in it and stayed just for one night so not a real issue for us. Its a little out of town but only 5 minute drive or 30 minutes walk.

Very friendly reception staff, nice garden to sit and relax, good breakfast. Our dog was welcomed and we were allocated a room which had direct access to the garden area.

No bedside cabinet or shelf my side of the double bed. lighting for bed was tiny bulbs on tatty flexible stalks from the headboard area. Bathroom light switch was above the basin, nothing by the door and the light only worked occasionally. I suspect faulty switch. Reported but nothing done during the time we were there. Shower was over a bath, which I actually prefer but there was a bit of a hole in the bath enamel.

Good location for breaking our journey. The staff were pleasant and the restaurant and food was quite good. Easy parking.

The breakfast was good but a few more fresh fruits or vegetables would be nice.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. We arrived with our dog and they had already booked us in a room with direct access to the garden.

Nice hotel we used as a stopover on our way home from Spain. The room and bathroom were huge. Our dog was made welcome and the hotel is in a lovely area so we could take her for a walk locally. There is a restaurant on site and we had dinner there which was nice.

We have used this hotel since it was a Campanille, and sadly, the property is not in as good a condition as it used to be, needing to call a memebr of staff to show us how to turn on the light in the bathroom, which also lacked a proper door catch, just an old broken one.

Friendly staff, specially in the problems which occurred - not their fault, an area-wide power cut probably due to a storm, prevented us having a meal in the evening! There were alternatives a short drive away, so didnt go hungry. It has always been a convenient stopping place.

Dinner was acceptable but ordinary and sole waitress overworked - meaning long waits between ordering and actually receiving the food. Excellent self service breakfast.

Big bedroom plus wet room. Sadly the wet room was not water tight and flooded into the bedroom! Quiet and also cool on one of the hottest days ever.

The staff are polite. We stayed for 2 nights and the staff cleaned our room and gave us fresh towels. The parking lot is spacious. The hotel is 17 mins from Chateau Chambord and 10 mins away from Blois city centre

There are no suitcase holders. You have to put the suitcase on the floor. Bathroom is run down.

Very basic hotel. It should have two stars and not three. Very basic breakfast.
