The location Ideal for the ferry terminal. Bonus kettle and complimentary tea/coffee/etc in the room . We couldn't arrived before 9pm and rang to inform Reception. No fuss, easy check in and out. Perfect overnight stay. No corridors, private entrance.

Situated so close to big supermarket, McDonald’s, kfc etc. Plenty of choice if you did not want to eat food on offer at hotel.

Just needed a hassle free stop over for one night. Rooms although not big were clean and comfortable.

Needed somewhere to stay off the evening ferry from Portsmouth to Caen. Ferry delayed so didn't arrive at hotel till midnight. Phoned staff and they arranged room entry. Motel style with rooms opening straight onto carpark. Condition of room good but quite small. Very clean. Very good breakfast with wide selection of hot and cold. Safe overnight parking. Would stay again and recommend. Wifi OK.

The room was “tired” - stains on mattress and carpet. One of the electrical sockets (for the kettle) was very loose on the wall and didn’t work. The shower head which should have been adjustable (narrow or wide jet) -wasn’t and the extractor fan in the bathroom was hanging off the wall. There was a constant noise from a fan (I think) which wasn’t coming from our bathroom extractor or the air conditioning unit. In case anybody was wanting to know there wasn’t a hairdryer so bring your own if needed.

Convienient for Caen Ferry Terminal. Got a twin room for £44 which is good value. It was warm and dry. Beds were comfortable. There was a kettle, tea and coffee plus cartons of milk. Lots of free parking on site and only a short walk from a shopping centre with various shops and restaurants.

Honestly nothing to dislike even parking was great in lit up zone.

Really clean room and bathroom shower was great. Loved it being an eco friendly hotel requesting lights turned off, heating down and window closed when on etc. 20mins away from the port but good as quiet location to rest properly. Thanks.

difficult to find as the hotel is tucked away off the motorway, and signs are not strategically located to easily find the hotel

Car park was very noisy when people arrived , as close to your room, would not of been a problem if we didn’t need to get some sleep as had early ferry to catch. No plug for the bath.

Soulless motel located next to a mega retail park on the northern edge of Caen. Cheap but depressing. I'll try Ouistreham next time.

The bed and the pillows were a little uncomfortable, Although the room was clean there were some areas which had bee missed. I noticed large gaps around the outer door to the room, being summer not a problem, but during winter it could get rather cold and draughty yn the room.

The room was quite adequate for one person. Having a facility to make hot drinks was ideal. Only a very short walk tu the Restaurant. Good variety of produce for Breakfast, although overpriced compaired to other Hotels.

Receptionist lacked any interpersonal skills. Made it clear we were interrupting his watching of a televised rugby match. The days of garlic shrugs and grunts should be long gone in what is an hospitality industry.

We used this property as we were arriving on the late Brittany Ferries boat from Portsmouth and it was only a few minutes’ drive away. The ferry was delayed and when I spoke to the receptionist he helpfully explained the procedure for accessing the room if we arrived after 11pm. This was the ideal room for an overnight stay before we headed off to our holiday destination. Clean, really comfortable bed and great breakfast at a good price. Very happy.
