We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

UkraineThere was nothing "huge", but there were sa many small issues, that overall stay left negative aftertaste: we have been given not cleaned room initially (had to wait for replacement), there was only one bathroom towel and no face towels in a room. room was VERY DATED with lots of scratches and pieces of wall sliding off. Shower was tiny with dodgy doors. Bed base was uneven so we were constantly sliding towards center from sides. There was also a scaffolding just outside our room window with some sharp noises starting at about 8am... too many small unpleasant things.
I must admit that reception staff was extremely polite and friendly, ready to help with all your needs.

LatviaLittle choice on breakfast for 14eur. And no vegetables at all. The staff tried very hard to sell us breakfast. In the room: there is no toilet brush in the toilet!!! No heating batteries, only air condition with warm air.

United KingdomOn arrival we tried to make a cup of tea and found lots of hair in a kettle and had a strong vinegar smell. We had to wash it and boil water 5 times to get rid of the smell.
Very good and quiet location with lots of shops and restaurants around. Easy access to the underground station (2 minutes walk) which is great to reach main attractions (for example Eiffel Tower 35 minutes). Breakfast was ok for the money and the staff was friendly. Perfect for a quick escape to Paris.

IrelandJust over half the price of the hotel was taken from my account the day before we were due to stay. I presumed that I would then pay the rest on arrival. When we checked we were asked for the full amount. When I told the staff of the prepayment he knew nothing of it & told me that no manager was available to deal with this. We had to pay the full amount or else we could not stay. We were told by the staff member that evening that the money would be refunded in a few days but after numerous emails to the hotel this did not happen & they said it was my banks issue which it wasn't. Money was finally refunded this week. But overall I was not happy with this experience & if you were on a budget in Paris this could be an issue for people. Room was dated & definite needed an upgrade. Shower door was hanging on by a thread so had to be careful opening & closing it. Overall for the original price we got what we paid for but I would not be returning.
Price was very cheap for two nights in Paris when I booked it. Great location. Metro a short walk away.

LithuaniaI didn’t like that the staff didn’t know english well and food for breakfast was a small choice. Also we had to leave hotel early in the morning and the staff promised to prepare something for us for breakfast, but they didn’t.
Room was small, but had everything that we needed. The hotel seemed clean, although the elevator had a weird smell. Great location, a lot of cafes and shops around and metro station is near.

JerseyRoom small and dated. Doors are noisy when shutting so anything coming in another room late will be heard. Can also hear what happens in the next room… coffee not always provided in room and when asking reception, told on last day that only the domestics have coffee sachets which was a lie as we were given some by other receptionists. If lift breaks down (it did), stairs to 6th floor. Staff polite but not overly friendly to say the least.
Proximity of metro to centre of Paris and La Défense, and some cafes and restaurants nearby ; from rooms 601, 602, 603, view on the Eiffel Tower from window.

DenmarkThe window was opened when we checked in at midnight, which made me VERY cold at night. I didn't realize I could turn on the heat until the next day. My blanket had a stain and wasn't changed in the 4 nights we were there. The towels were super rough, and the bathtub was very dangerous. You should consider removing it, I almost fell.
The room was very small, but I think it was adequate for the price. The location is good, it has easy access to Paris downtown and Disneyland. There's a store on the corner which is open until late, so that was great. The bed was comfortable, and the heating was nice. The size of the bathroom was very nice.
