Excellent hotel, with wonderful staff. Staff were ever so pleasant and helpful. Check in was a breeze. The location of this hotel is ideal, and the price of the rooms is great. The room itself was very well maintained and clean.

Small rooms, you have to climb over the toilets to get in the shower. Lift didn’t work

Staff were lovely and very friendly however Booking.com messed up our booking we booked 3 rooms and when we arrived They had only process 2 meaning we had to find another one, we requested accessibility rooms. We were put on the fifth floor when there was a broken lift meaning we had two disabled people walking up the stairs and carrying a baby .The third room that they missed off was the one that was supposed to have a cot so we had to sleep in a small room first night and then Move again the second day the rooms were very small and I had to climb over the toilet to get in the shower. The staff were very nice and very accommodating but the hotel is not family friendly.

The lift wasn't working, glad we were on level 2 and not 5. The room was very small so no space at the side of the bed. The shower was very small in a tiny bathroom. Checkout was before 10 am.

A good location and breakfast was fine, able to leave bags for the day after departure. Close to the river Eiffel Tower and places to eat

The bathroom was very outdated, water was spilling out of the shower, the floor was water-damaged. It looked like some parts of the shower had mould. The room was small, but given it’s Paris, we were already prepared for that.

The location is fantastic! Public transport nearby, Seine and the Eiffel in walking distance. Plenty of great restaurants, too. The beds & pillows were comfortable. And we were extremely happy with the air fan in the room.

The elevator wasn't operating for 1 day, the water waste smell was awful and you could smell it almost every where in the hotel (not in the room

There was a smell of drains or eggs or something in the corridors and lift (but not the bedroom). I thought breakfast was a bit steep at 15 euros per person and not to the standard of the hotel we had stayed at the night before which was also budget and was included in the price.

Very very very smelly in the hall. Read this in most reviews but thought maybe some people were too picky but oh my it was bad. Very strong sour rotten smell in the hall and would come into the room sometimes. No AC which is tough in August. “King” bed was just two twin beds pushed together and small room.

Like most id assume in Paris, the rooms and showers are so small. Felt caged in. No air-conditioning and staff at the desk were a bit rude.

We stayed Room 605 for 5 nights. The bathroom was small. The shower was small you cant barely move. There was no aircondition. The drainage of the shower was clogged. I kept telling the receptionist to have it fixed but they never fixed it. Everyday I would remind them but they never did anything about it.

The location was perfect! 10 minute walk to Champs de mars. So many restaurants around the area. Across the street is a small grocery/mini mart. Then there’s also a bakeshop thats so good just around the corner. Our bed was a king size bed so it was perfect!
