We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomAir conditioning in first room offered didn't work and obviously hadn't worked for a long time. The staff approach was one of surprise but it was obvious that the a/c was dead and buried a long time ago luckily we were moved to a room where the a/c worked. An absolute necessity in a small airless room. The hotel was very tired and run down and in need of a major refurbishment programme. Location was too far from restaurants /town facilities to walk. Traffic in the area was intense

United KingdomOn our arrival, the reception was shut, and the carpark almost empty. After a while someone arrived and processed our checkin. We opened the room door to find that it hadn’t been cleaned/prepared, back to reception to ask for another room only to be told the only option was a room with a double bed. As much as I like my friend, I don’t like him that much. As the lady appeared to be doing the work of several people, I suggested that she give us sheets etc and we would do it ourselves. We were told that it would be done. 45 minutes later the room had been prepared and we settled in. The shower hose was split and more water went on the floor than on you. The old tv was small and bolted to the desk. Adequate staff levels, a bit of updating and maintenance would make this motel a better place. I am not sure why this place would be mostly occupied when the carpark is empty. In UK hotels are used to house homeless/council tenants/ immigrants so maybe this is the case here.
It was cheap, easy to find and is close to an excellent steakhouse. You can see the snow topped mountains from the carpark
