The use of blue badge bays being used by cars not showing a blue badge near the hotel entrance

Easy to access and exit.. and within easy reach from the motorway. great location... near a fantastic range of shopping outlets and restaurants... We stayed as it was only a 15 minute drive to Disneyland Paris... The hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming... easy check in .. a large free car park... surrounds the hotel... so plenty of spaces... My wife has a blue badge due to mobility issues..we did find returning later that evening the disabled parking near the entrance was occupied by cars without a badge... so we had to use the disabled parking at the back of the hotel unfortunately.... But only criticism for us.... Our room had two single beds. An en suite bathroom with both a shower and a bath... TV... and small wooden storage unit for shoes and coats.. Reasonable size room and bathroom so comfortable and warm.... Ideal for us... The hotel has a restaurant and a bar along with an outside seating area.... Absolutely enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.... Fyi... unfortunately city taxes for Paris have risen to around €5...per person per night...so our cost of the room was a little more than expected... But again this didn't subtract from the value for money this hotel offers....

Room was only cleaned once in 5 days With young children this made us feel Like we were living in a dump We was give 4 free tokens for drinks however o don’t think that can compensate no housekeeping

Good location easy to get to and from trains to Disney and only 10/15 mins travel. Staff are friendly Breakfast is okay and the facilities are what you would expect

The room was extremely hot the heating was on full blast when we arrived and it didnt cool down. The food menu very limited and same for both nights

The rooms are cold! even with the heating on it takes ages to heat up so i would advise bringing some thick pyjamas or you will be freezing!!

The location is great, especially for disneyland paris. There are lots of shops & restaurants close by. Also a pharmacy 10 minute walk from the hotel just in case. Train station also a 10-15 min walk.

The decor is outdated, the carpet could do with refreshing and there were some slight imperfections with the bathroom I.e dust in the vents.

The property is in a good location. It’s about a 10 minutes walk from the nearest station. It takes around 25 minutes to get to dlp and trains run till late. The rooms are basic and just a good place to lay your head. The rooms are cleaned daily and rooms are provided with teas a kettle, soap and towels. The staff are friendly and welcomed us warmly upon arrival. The hotel felt safe and secure. Rooms have a double door. The hotel is laid out in more of a motel style.

The cleaning need to be improved.

Free parking space, no problem with finding the hotel, easy access to the hotel from motorway in and out. Great location if you planning to go to Eurodisneyland next day. Cheap if you book several months before.

The room was clean and good value for money - only used it for sleeping as we were out the whole day -exploring Paris. The location is brilliant- close to a supermarket -10 minutes train journey to Disneyland. The staff were friendly and helpful - no issues to report.

Room VERY small for a family of three, but we managed as we only used it as a place to sleep after sight seeing. Having said that we felt it was very good value for money considering it is located a 10min train journey to Disneyland.

10 mins walk from RER train station, direct line to Disneyland Paris and Paris. Quiet location. Rooms small, but very clean. Staff welcoming and helpful.

Air con broken on arrival, staff temporarily fixed but casing hanging off but could use. Rooms need a revamp - can see dirt in corners. Room a little small.

More like a motel. All rooms entered from outside. Felt a little unsafe. Longer walk from RER Station than we thought it would be.

Rooms were warm / stuffy. Better climate control would have been a bonus, but did not take away from the overall value offered.

For the price, the room offered decent value. Beds were comfortable. Smart TV option would have been great to offer a media connection. Small bar fridge would have been good too.
