Front entrance closed late night with no call in facility

The carpet in room 105 was disgraceful. Very dirty in places and various burn marks. Security gate to gain car access to site was very frustratingly slow. Outdoor patio area was filthy and unkempt.

Bed was very hard but okay for a few nights. Trash can in the room was too small. Hotel is a little out of the way, which is not obvious at first glance. However, the nearest train station is a 10-minute walk away.

Breakfast was adequate (bread, croissants, yoghurt, coffee) but I had understood that an 'English' breakfast would be available. This was apparently scrambled egg, bacon and sausage. The sausages were unpleasant and tasted of cardboard, there was no bacon on two out of four days and you sliced the scrambled egg with a knife! We took all our evening meals outside the hotel as the waiting staff did not speak any English at all and when we asked about the menu (which was on a screen by the entrance in French naturally) we were told 'Google' and the waitress promptly turned off the screen and walked away. Very poor service. I don't expect people to speak to me in English when I'm abroad, unless the hotel claims that English is a spoken language at their establishment. (The desk staff did speak English and were very helpful). Tourist tax appears to be charged on the room capacity, not the number of people actually staying in the room. Watch out for this if you're in a room on your own!

The room was a good size, clean and fresh, and the bed was comfortable. Room was made up very well and the air conditioning worked well. Shower was hot and refreshing.

The room was very small, although you get what you've paid for. Even though an extra space between the bed and the wall would make this place really comfortable. Also the waiting staff in the restaurant ( bufet menu from 19.00 only), could barely speak English. So refresh your French before checking in :)

The proximity of Disneyland. The bathroom and the quite area. The food - the dinner, but not the breakfast. The gate opened by the code and the cleanlinness. Clean beds and duvets, cable TV. Air condition in the room with adjustable temp. and swith-off option.

The mattress was a little too hard and pillows a little flat. Woke up with back ache before even going to Disney. We have stayed before and don't remember the mattress being so hard so could be a one off.

Location is brilliant if your driving to Disney as it's just down the road so it makes a great budget hotel. Had no issues with the hotel apart from now having to pay 8 euros a night but they didn't take your licence plate so how did they know you had paid? Code is required to get in and out the car park.

The food. Unfortunately in the restaurant the after have a few meals the only thing we enjoyed was a couple of the desserts. The buffet was either cold or bland or empty. Especially at breakfast time there was no bacon, no sausage and the scrambled egg that just came out the kitchen was stone cold.

The size and comfort of the room was amazing. The bathroom was big enough for me to stand up straight and have a shower which is difficult as I am tall. The reception staff were very helpful

They charge 2 euro for keeping the luggage before they give you the room. Charging small amounts seems a little weird when we are hotel guests.

Perfect location for a Disneyland trip! Short walk to the train station and less than 10 minutes to Disney from there. Basic room but perfect for the price, would definitely stay again.

The arrangements for dinner were complicated. After we had served our children with their starters we found out that wasn't included in the children's menu, so it got a bit complicated. It would also have been nice to book our breakfast in advance. Some had breakfast included and others of us didn't somehow - I think we used different booking platforms.

Location was good for us, the rooms were comfy and it was great to have a restaurant on site. We were a large family party in four rooms, and it was really nice, except that some said they found it too warm in the rooms.

Getting in or out of the hotel was a disaster. When we arrived with our car, there was a large locked gate blocking our entrance. We needed a code to open it, but never received one when booking. We also couldn't reach the hotel - not by phone and not by the intercom at the doorbell. Finally, a security guard spotted us and several others at the locked gate through the cctv and came to open it, but was already gone before we could ask the code. When checking in, we only got one room key, which we needed to get to our floor with the elevator, and for electricity in the room. So when I went to get the luggage, had to leave my wife and little daughter in a dark room. Room was also super hot, and airco wasn't working. Upon checkout in the morning, there was nobody to be found at the front desk (good thing I didn't book the breakfast). We had to leave the room key at the front desk in a basket. When we tried to get out of the parking lot, again the locked gate - for which apparently you also need a pincode to leave! Since we didn't have a key anymore, we also even couldn't get back into the hotel. There were several other cars at the gate trying to get in, that also didn't have the pincode. Finally, another car showed up, and they did have the pincode, and opened the gate. All in all, it wasn't a bad hotel, but these small issues made it a bit of a stressful experience.

Finding the hotel was easy, it was very close to our final destination of Disneyland Paris the next day.

The only annoying bit was that one night, we arrived back around 12 am and the security doors/ gates were locked. The pin to open the gate wouldn't work. Rang the hotel, and they took 15 mins to answer. Bit annoying when you're waiting with children in the cold.

The hotel is clean, and the location to train station is about 7 min walk. Disneyland is only 2 stops away 5 euro one way ticket. Ubar is around 20 Euros based on 4 people. I would recommend to download and ubar and Bolt app and compare prices. Whilst you checking prices do change. Breakfast you pay through the hotel buffet style. Dinner you pay the restaurant, which is also buffet style. The restaurant is literally open plan linked with a small seating area and a bar. The downstairs area is quite small The hotel will give you 1 voucher per night of your stay for a choice of drink non alcohol and alcohol to choose from in exchange they don't clean your room during your stay. Staff are friendly and quite accommodating
