The persistent lack of toilet brushes in Campanile hotels. The absence of orange juice with pulp at breakfast (trivial but to reflect the overall level of satisfaction0

We were there for Futuroscope for which there is a free shuttle from the hotel. We paid 54€ per night for rooms which were priced at 80€ during our stay. This is a 3-star hotel for which 54€ represents very good value for money. The choice and quality of the meals was ideal for families with young children

The a la carte meals we had in the evening were very poor and not value for money . Hardly any meat in the watery bolognese sauce, nor in the shepherds pie.

    Bed comfy and good shower.

Can’t really say we didn’t like anything, it was ideal for a one night stay.

The room had been refurbished so it was very modern. The double bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was newly tiled and very clean. It was nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The staff were very welcoming and helpful.

very ugly. He got me out of the hotel the third day at 23 o'clock at night. Prostitution is practiced in that hotel. every day women come to stay there. Be ashamed to be.

We booked a room with extra bed. 2 adults and a 2 year old. On the photo it looked like the extra bed was an actual extra bed. But in reality it's a stretcher that you have to pull from under the (two persons) bed. On the plus side it did have wheels, so we could move the extra bed next to our bed so that our 2 year old couldn't fall out of bed.

Even tho the hotel is very close to the motorway, inside the room it's very quiet. The room had a bath. The bed was nice and big and the mantras high and firm. The room had airco and also heater. The room even had a kettle!

Too close to the Freeway, very noisy depending in which building your room is. After ordering at the restaurant, we had to wait one hour before being served. No excuse from the waiter.

Very convenient stop on the way down from Brussels to Spain. It is a motorway hotel, very busy during the summer, but dinner was surprisingly good, the room was comfortable and clean, Wi-Fi was good, there was a kettle and coffee/tea in the room, and our very restful night there prepared us for the long drive the following day.

For a so called superior double room this was very small with a shower but no bath and a tiny wardrobe area.Food choice in the restaurant was very poor. The hot buffet included bland fish in a thin liquid, fatty tasteless pork ribs and lumps of turkey in a thin sauce, The vegetable accompaniments were limp cold haricot and very cold pasta. The starter and dessert buffets were excellent but it is the main course that matters. Breakfast was not as I remember Campanile's in the past - possibly as this is such a large hotel or due to cost cutting. Everything is self service with no eggs cooked on the spot and only machines for hot and cold drinks. Also no soya milk. Used to love Campanile food so a bit disappointed.

The bed was very comfortable. Parking was excellent - right outside the door and we were lucky to have a ground floor room. You just walk to Futuroscope following a line on the ground so very good location. You can go back for the evening light show at no extra cost - highly recommended. Futuroscope is awesome. Don't miss the Extraordinary Voyage - worth the queue.

The room was sold as a double room (2 singles) with a pull out bed and that is exactly what it is a DOUBLE ROOM!!! 1. as soon as the pull out bed is in place the room is extremely crampt. 2. the single beds were provided with quality duvets but the pull out bed had just a thin blanket. 3. THE PULL OUT BED WAS DIRECTLY UNDER THE AIR CONDITIONER !!!!!!! I chose to sleep on the pull out bed and was very cold all night. As reception said I could have called them to get the duvet (that I should have had in the first place) but the first time I woke up cold was 2.00am and I was not going to disturb my family at that time. This room is far too small for 3 people especial given the problem with the air conditioner.

But Paris Campanile staff and this Campanile staff is really so different. Day time when we arrived, resepsiyonist guy was really so good but night time the girl was so rude. I think She is damaging Campanile concept.

It was clean and comfortable. Actually I like to Campanile. According to price really is so nice hotel. In France generally i prefer to Campanile.

Breakfast extremely expensive (€9.90 including children 10+) for continental with little choices (not even marmalade)and poor quality. Croissants very small and stale both days leading me to believe this is normal here. We thought the first day was awful just because it was a Sunday as the Campanile in Nevers was fine. (Still not much choice there but all tasted nicer-even the coffee!) If you are going to charge such a high price for a continental breakfast it should be tasty and fresh, then at least it's worth it. Buy breakfast in the park or elsewhere. Room door squeaked badly - disturbing others.

Parking free on site. Walking distance from Futuroscope. Smart clean rooms with aircon (if a little underpowered). Helpful staff. Quiet rooms and comfy beds.

Unfortunately the shower leaked all over the floor. The shower screen simply wasn't up for the job.

Would have been nice to check in a bit earlier. You drive to visit Futuroscope and checking in at 3 is a bit late because you want to spend the day in the park and get there before noon.

Good room for a family with 2 kids for an overnight while visiting the Futuroscope. Restaurant was pretty good...much better than the food in the park. Very clean room with a nice bathroom.

No security whatsoever which was unacceptable. Not even CCTV. My parents were burgled in the night as they had left the outside shutter open a few inches, and a thief managed to reach in through their open window and steal a wallet. No video surveillance, the night manager didn't speak any English (and this is a tourist destination), and there was only one person on duty. The manager was totally disinterested the next morning when my parents complained and told them to report it to the Gendarmerie in town. It turns out that their window lock was broken which is how the thief managed to reach in so far. Advise to other travellers - be extra vigilant in securing your doors and windows.

Functional, practical hotel close to Futuroscope and relatively inexpensive, as we had expected

Excellent location close to motorway - for a small travel lodge style hotel the restaurant and bar were excellent facilities. Rooms were simple but modern and clean.
