Location, bar, pool, cheap accommodation

No sheets or towels provided. This wasn't clear in the advert and we weren't aware of this until we arrived at the chalet. We were on motorbike, touring, so there is no way we could've carried towels and bedding

It's been two months since my stay, and I still haven't received my deposit back. After several failed attempts and wrong numbers, I finally managed to speak with someone. They admitted there had been a mistake and assured me the deposit would be returned soon—but I'm still waiting. Before my stay, their customer service was quite responsive. However, after checking out, all I receive are automated replies promising someone will get back to me, which never happens. It's incredibly frustrating. Honestly, the experience has been awful. No matter how nice the place might seem, the stress and lack of accountability just aren’t worth it. I guess I’ll have to keep calling endlessly and hope I eventually get my money back.

Bedrooms very cramped and small. No sheets or towels provided. No hand washing facility in the toilet (walk to the other end of the cabin to the shower room). Open elctrical distribution panel in the toilet. No fly screens on the bedroom windows. No AC. Substantial credit card deposit taken for potential damage .

Very modern and clean.

Due to a delayed flight it meant we missed check in. We attempted to contact the camp via phone and emails through booking.com messages and had no response, which meant we had no access to our booked rooms leaving us stranded and having to pay for alternative accommodation. There were details on the website to indicate how to obtain access out of hours and this left us with no other choice than to pay for other accommodation. When we arrived the following day our rooms did not contain bed linen or towels, no where on the website does it indicate this is a necessity for staying here. Also if they do supply they should make this know even if at an extra cost they should ask upon checking in if they will be needed. Also after a long journey we was also faced with having to park our vehicle outside of the gates due to it being locked after a certain time which meant we had to walk 2 mile to our cabin 196 in the pouring rain. Overall the accommodation appeared clean and tidy but the lack of service was poor.

The position and the nature.

Great location, just off the A63 and close to Biarritz, Saint Jean de Luz, Spanish border. Very friendly and nice staff at the Bar Resto

The photos are a bit dated..there's no "view" and it needs weeding/brambling around the mobile home accesses.

Well located campsite, the cabin has everything you need. The children were delighted with the trampoline and pool!

The house is quite cramped for 5 people. The staff is nice, but not very interested in solving customer problems, as it seemed to me - they had to be reminded about the missing pillow, and in the end no one came to solve the problem about the broken grill. As a result, we were left without a planned barbecue.

Nice location if travelling by car, free parking, beautiful nature in the area. A lot of trees around the trailer.

You have to clean after your stay or pay 70 eur. No toilet paper or anything included. A bit pricey for a trailer.

Location.

Nice swimming pool. Parking place for each hut. Nice location walking distance to the sea.

The accommodation is not transparent about additional costs, there are extra costs for bedsheets and towels (about 20-30 eur) and most importantly for cleaning (75 eur). You can avoid the fee if you clean by yourself, but this should be clearly stated at the time of the booking, so you can decide to book elsewhere if you don't want to pay or clean. Also, because tenants mostly do the cleaning, it seems like the huts are never really cleaned and disinfected properly, e.g. our toilet smelled really bad upon arrival and we had to disinfect it ourselves. Although wifi is supposedly available and for free, we didn't catch signal anywhere in the area.
