You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomThey were severely understaffed, meaning the reception desk was not open past 19:30 and did not open again until 10:30. I lost my key one of the nights and tried desperately to contact someone out of hours to no avail, meaning I had to wander the city for the night and sleep in a park until they reopened. That was very frustrating, but at the same time I'd rather they didn't raise their prices so I do get why it's this way.
The room was really big, there was plenty of privacy, had a working kitchenette and a large bathroom. Came with a fan which kept the room cool and the hotel was located near the Cineum and had easy bus access to the festival

SwitzerlandThe building is mistreated, the room was not well cleaned, it was sand on the floor and dust all over the surfaces. The location is good for that neighborhood, La Bocca, is it not in the centre, but for that side is also a good place to visit, very close to the Market La Bocca.
The room has a good size and the balcony was a must. The bedlinen was cleaned. The kitchen was not used, since was a night stay but was equipped with basic utilities. The lady on front desk was nice.

PortugalHorrible for parking, especially when taking luggage gear to go around the block like 3 times or more. A bit hard to get to find the reception since the first time there was nobody, ppl didn't help when passing by and I needed to ask them how to get to the reception. After that, at the reception the lady was very kind!
I liked the fact that there was a kitchnett bit wet didn't use them didn't need only to wash things and also it didn't seem very clean. However beds were comfy and clean. Balcony was great! Location ok since we went by car.

IcelandAm not very sensitive about if low price hotels are not very clean, but it was dirty, bad smell came up the half clocked shower drain, why it was so dirty was a mistery for me until I saw the hotel rule about if you stay longer than a week then you have to clean the room your self, I think that rule did start some filth collecting that will ruin the hotel if nothing is done. What does hotel have to offer to say they have kitchen, that's not a kitchen, it probably have heating system but air conditioner they don't, very sweaty night, owners knew of course and that's why you sleep under a sheets, like I have seen in cheap hotels in Asia. I didn't like this Hotel at all, we family of 5 got two separated rooms, one on second floor, the other on sixth floor.I could go on about it but I wanna forget it.
Location is the only good thing about this hotel, not long walk to Tivoli garden and big movie theater low budget hotel.

IsraelThe room wasn't clean, some insects and spider webs. The shower was dripping outside of the curtains and the boiler was very close to the shower. The bed was very low and the t.v didn't work, also the free wifi was so weak and constantly we needed to reconnect. Not so easy to work with. The hours of the recipient were very few, not so helpful. The smell of of the halls was not so nice and the sink of the kitchen was almost all the time clogged :(
I liked the width of the room and the fact we had balcony and lift to our fifth floor. We had enough towels and some soaps too. The blanket and pillow were very soft.the cattle was useful and so were the dishes.very close to public transportation to the main interests.

Building entry was awful and dirty. Room was clean with are essentials (towels, soap and shampoo). The shower was missing shower bar and hence not comfortable. The water heater capacity is so low that gets cold so fast. At this price tag, is passable.

HungaryAfter we payed the price of the rooms, we needed to pay a deposit. The receptionis made a mistake because instead of lock the money on the card as a deposit she took it down as a payment. Immediatelly after this happened she told us that she will pay it back at least the next morning which was a day ago. Yesterday we went back again and she said the money will appear on my bank card in a few hours and we still got nothing. Now in this morning we have to miss the train to paris which cost a lot because the reception is closed and we still haven't got our money back!!! We are furious!
