Not a big thing, but it would have been great to have an electrical plug on both sides of the bed so it is easy to charge the phone while relaxing in bed. Other than that, I am extremely satisfied.

The hotel is located in the city centre near Cannes train station and boasts modern and clean rooms. I found the staff super friendly and appreciated having a rooftop swimming pool.

Our stay was spoilt by a poor accounting system that resulted in being charged twice for a number of items. It took far too long and too many requests to get it sorted even after the hotel recognised it had made errors.

The hotel bar only had 2 choices of draught beer, neither of which we liked and it was a lot more expensive than the bars on the front in Cannes.

Great location. Comfortable bed, plenty of room and very clean (we stayed in a junior suite) Great views from our balcony and the roof top pool. We had breakfast brought to our room one morning and ate out on our balcony. It was lovely, we went for a continental breakfast, there was lots of it and was reasonably priced.

Only one extremley small lift with a maximum occupancy of 2 people was working for the duration of our stay. It's a large hotel so that meant having to wait in line for it on occasion.

Staff were extremely professional and attentive. Hotel was really well furnished & plenty of choice at breakfast. Beautiful rooftop pool from which there was a superb view. Very good location.

Difficult to find something.. Perhaps larger groups may find the elevator to be a little tight, but that's not even a big deal..

Very nice hotel with an arty interior and a rooftop pool terrace. The room was clean, spacious and quiet. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was really good and certainly worth reserving. The breakfast room competes easily with upper level restaurants in terms of quality and setting (table linen, comfortable seating, atmosphere...). Location wise, all the interesting places in Cannes are withing strolling distance. Cannes railway station is 3 minutes walk.

Expected more from a 4 star rating, so many things were missing (no kettle, no iron) and wifi connection was poor. In addition the main elevator was out of service and we had to use the tiny service one which was terrible it barely fit 2 people.

The employees were not so kind. Also there was a problem with the elevators not working and we had to wait as long as 10 minutes to come and one day it was not working and had to climb up to the 6th floor. Also, cleaning staff did not replace amenities.
