Very clean, great location, nice pool

What was annoying is the toilet, it makes a noise randomly quiet often. Also there are pigeons living in the roof and they were very noisy. The pool and the steam room were not bad.

The receptionist were nice snd speak English. We got the room 237 on the 2nd floor with window with castle view which was nice. The bed was very firm and comfy. The kitchen was well equipped, but they gave only 1 towel each, which is strange knowing there is a pool and you won't use the same towel there. The location was convenient to the castle and to the old town too. The castle was maybe 10-12 minutes walk and the old town around 20. They have car park. There is an airport shuttle that takes you near by in 10 minutes for 6€ so no need taxi.

Buildings and apartments need a freshen-up, but only superficial...

Great location 5 minutes' walk to the walls. Loved the pool, warm and only the two of us in the morning. Comfortable bed and apartment well-equiped even though we didn't have time to either use the kitchen or the living room area. Clear instructions for an after hours arrival. Very nice and friendly staff (on the phone and in the morning for coffee and galette des rois!)

Door into the apartment was sticking, needed some adjustment. Otherwise all was satisfactory

Spacious parking in pleasant, secure, grounds. close to the Citadelle for sight seeing. Room was comfortable, airy and spacious. Comfortable, large bed. Kitchen facilities were sufficient for a few days stay. Indoor pool onsite easily accessed and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our groundfloor apartment had patio doors out onto a lawned area.

Poor apartment layout. The separate toilet did not have a basin. You had to open 4 doors to get to the basin.

The apartment was functional apart from the toilet location and we had no complaints. It was perfectly adequate for our needs. We weren't able to fully use the facilities because RyanAir canceled our flights with less than 2 days notice so we had to leave a day early. We weren't offered a refund, which is understandable, but it would have been a reasonable action in my view. No complaints though.

A little dated and some external decoration needed in some places but a minor thing

Staff super helpful with accommodation etc and helping us with logistics for our bike tour. Clean apartment and good shower/ hot water. There is a swimming pool but didn’t get time to use it. Good indoor secure bike storage.

If you wanted to cook a large meal, then the kitchen isn’t ideal (no oven, just 2 hobs and a microwave). It’s good enough for making breakfast and snacks.

Excellent location, about a 10 minute walk to the medieval city. Very spacious apartment, exceptionally clean. Helpful staff. Ample parking if you are arriving by car. Indoor swimming pool for guests to use.

The location was excellent ,the apartment was spacious ,very clean and well equipped.The beds were very comfortable , ideal accomodation for a family.The pool was great and a wonderful bonus.l would highly recommend Cerise Carcassonne Sud.

The was a strange odour in the first room and the air conditioning was not working. The next day we got moved to another room with working A/C in a separate building as all the air conditioning in the first building were faulty. This room was bigger but had a similar odour. This may have been the cleaning product being used. We got used to it after a time.

Location was only a 10 minute walk from the citadel. Room was large and had a small kitchen. Large safe car park inside the gated hotel complex. Breakfast was very good.

In such a beautiful city the Hotel is very concrete block and 70's looking. However, very functional and spacious.

The accommodation had an indoor pool which was nice to use during the hot days while we were there. The rooms were clean and spacious. It was in a quiet neighborhood. A 5 minute walk to the Castle and restaurants.

The location was awesomely convenient. As was parking. In fact everything was comfortable and delightful. Loved being able to do some laundry onsite.

Bar in the hotel closed at 8.30 , along with reception. Quiet complex.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. I would like to thank a staff member who dropped us to the airport, when we were unable to book a taxi. He went above and beyond. Bus out front to town centre( 15 mins walking) Old town about 10 mins walking on back road and uphill. Pool and steam room lovely and relaxing.

Location perfect for Cite. Bed was comfy. Plenty of space in apartment. Indoor swimming pool although we didnt use. Great value for money

No tea or coffee milk sugar supplied. Smelt very stuffy and the curtains were not correctly hung. No reading lamp in one bedroom, the other bedroom has a lamp but very cheap and loose wired. Dirty shutters outside window so when airing room the dust blew in. Smelt a bit like rats on the tiny balcony.

Location great to visit La Cite. Rooms big but sparse. Clean crisp sheets.

Rooms could do with a refresh. Mattress was hard for our liking.

There was plenty of choice for breakfast. Excellent location for both cities. Excellent facility of an heated indoor poor and a steam room. Having a large balcony with the room was handy. Staff were helpful with everything, even let us leave our bags there after we check out, so we could explore more.

Could have done with more dishwasher tabs but that’s the only thing I can think of.

We were upgraded for free, and let us check in early for a small fee. They couldn’t have been more helpful. Super cheap and the pool was lovely. The little kitchenette was great for breakfast/lunch. There was also a laundry room!

Air con was only in lounge and not in bedroom.

Very clean and tidy. Reception staff really friendly and helpful. Pool was clean. Only 5 minutes walk from the citadel.
