Pool was a bit on the cool side. Wish there had been a hot tub.. the gym area was lacking any decent equipment and no weights. Breakfast very expensive and the hotel evening meal which we had once was overpriced compared to some nice meals we had locally. Didn't pay to park, instead parked for free just outside on the road.

Lovely hotel, it felt very relaxed and friendly... beautiful cakes and afternoon tea/coffee a lovely bonus. Gorgeous sofas and open fire in the bar, so nice to relax in the evening. Staff very attentive. Great access to the slopes straight from the boot room, which was accessed straight from our floor.. so easy, felt very spoilt! Ski shop attached to the hotel so again very easy, the hotel staff sorted our passes out so no queues for that! We had a junior family suite which was fab with a huge outside area/ patio.. v nice!

Bed had two separate mattresses covered with one bedsheet - not exactly my understanding of King Size bed. Some of the facilities were quite old - e.g. showers near sauna. Gym is in fact nonexistent- it’s just a few pieces of equipment right next to sauna.

Great location, access to ski room directly from the slopes (ski in / ski out), sauna, small pool, tasty breakfast

    - Beds and pillows were hard and uncomfortable. - Water pressure in both bathrooms was minimal l,making taking a shower not a relaxing experience. - Minibar charges were outrageous at 8 Euros for a small Evian bottle! - Some of the staff spoke very little English, making ordering at the restaurant somewhat difficult at times. - One waitor was drunk at dinner, creating awkward situations and fighting with the rest of the staff.

    - Nice ski in - ski out location. - Friendly staff, especially the hotel manager who was always there ready to help and solve problems and also the chef and the restaurant manager were excellent in their jobs always smiling and ready to attend any request. - Nice and warm large suite with view of the piste. - Underground parking available at extra charge, was absolutely necessary on the days we were there. - Ski shop inside the hotel, was very convenient. - Nice lobby area with fireplace.

Everything was excellent. Restaurant a bit expensive, if we were to nit pick.

The room was really nice and spacious (as the hotel gave us a junior suite). The views were spectacular, we could see the whole of Val Thorens and both glaciers from the terrace and from the room. The staff were very friendly and very efficient, the restaurant was very nice (we had an excellent evening meal, although maybe a bit on the expensive side, but there are plenty of places to eat at Les Menuires if you want to spend less). Breakfast was very good and the spa is fantastic. Having the ski hire and the forfait purchase at the hotel is also a big plus. It was late in the season and there was not enough snow in Les Menuires for advanced skiers, so we drove to Val Thorens, which is easy (10 min), but earlier in the season, the hotel really is ski in/ski out at les Menuires, so would be perfect. All in all, a great stay.

Ski slope next to the hotel. Very polite staff. Excellent (albeit pricey) restaurant. Superb breakfast. Very well appointed room and comfortable beds.

A hideous ski in/out. If you write what it is, do it. But do not force guests to walk 20 meters along the dirty ground to the slope.

The only downside was they didnt have a hut tub in the Spa... but thats a very minor point

The staff were amazing and very friendly, the food was great, the views were stunning, the hotel was so much more than we were expecting. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, not only did they park my car in the garage while we went skiing, they also took all our bags out if it and put them in our room. The location is great, being able to ski to the door. The bar was very nice and the barman was friendly and chatty. Wish we could have stayed longer

For the price of 190 EUR per night, you'd think they could include a croissant and coffee for breakfast. The offer of breakfast for 24 EUR seemed really excessive.

The hotel is obviously quite lovely, located right on the slopes, with the lovely perks of a 4* hotel such as fancy slippers, luxury bath cosmetics, and so on.

The pool was lovely but I found the water too cold. Would have loved a hot tub as well as the pool.

The staff at the hotel were exceptionally friendly and helpful, particularly in assisting us with our luggage that didn't arrive on our flight. The location was excellent with ski in-ski out access and very easy access to the secure ski room. The local shuttle bus stop is right outside the hotel so you don't have to wait in the cold for the bus to arrive. Our room was not large but very comfortable and we could fit everything in the wardrobe. Best of all was the view from our room and the balcony - waking up every day to watch the sun shine over the mountains was brilliant.

Rooms should be redecorated and interiors refreshed soon.

Good chalet hotel in an excellent location at 2000 m altitude, 20-30 m from the pistes connecting you to the possibly largest integrated ski area in the world. Extremely convenient for skiers as you can get both the ski pass and rent equipment in the hotel. You also get a decent sized pool, sauna and stram room. This does not come cheap and never will.

We booked a room with Twin beds. 2 Days before arrival the hotel called us that such room was not available. Booking.com helped us but still on our first night no room with Twin beds Shower temperature: after having chosen a temperature it can get dangerously hot or cold if someone else in the hotel turns the water on or off Has been said many times before: WiFi is not good and is has not been for years Some of the furniture can use an update, especially the upper part of the restaurant (lights) The restaurant does not have a good extraction/ ventilation system which is a bit an issue when the tables around you are having the Savoyarde fondue

Great location, located on the slopes Although pricy, great breakfast and excellent dinner Very nice staff, especially in the restaurant Room cleaning twice a day Nice swimmingpool and spa

Wonderful hotel & excellent ski in/out location. everything about this hotel and location is good. We stayed in a family suite which was a good size with a small alcove for kids bunk beds, plenty of space and extremely comfortable and lovely modern furnishings throughout the hotel. Staff were fantastic and very helpful. A special mention for the exceptional service from the ski rental shop which is also in the hotel, the service was exceptional! The spa was also lovely and treatments very good. The pool was a good size although slightly cold at times. The surrounding area was very good value in comparison to neighbouring resorts like val Thoren & Mirabel. The old part of Les menuires isn't great but the location of this hotel is much nicer and higher up the mountain. We had no queuing for the lifts. It was one of the best ski holidays we have had and even beats USA resorts. We will definitely return and are glad to highly recommend Hotel KAYA.

The children's menu in the restaurant is not great and should be revised, its pretty poor actually and I would not recommend young gastronomic children ordering from this menu. Ask for the adult menu for the children.

The hotel is very nice, the Hotel location is not close to the centre of town, and a little evening entertainment wouldn't go a miss. Otherwise a great hotel. Be warned that they do not take French cheques for payments.

The hotel is expensive. The wifi is inadequate. The bedroom-suite has no reading lights. The underfloor heating is centrally controlled and always on. It gets too hot at night unless one leaves the door to the terrace / balcony open. Service at dinners was sometimes chaotic - courses missed, waiting ages for a course, food finally arriving cold. Choice of dishes is limited. Cold water pours into the swimming pool when you least expect and want it.

The bedrooms are comfortable. The situation of the hotel on the top of Les Menuires / Reberty is convenient for skiing and provides a good view of the pistes. The staff are generally very nice and friendly. The breakfasts are lovely and the dinners have some fine highlights. The ski shop is easily accessible as part of the hotel. Ski passes can be bought at the hotel desk. The spa has a good sauna and an adequate swim pool. One feels more than sufficiently pampered.

Mattrasses are not up to standard for like Hotel - Much too hard - Bad Pillows. (We are not overweight) - This is an overal problem in most French Hotels. French Hotel owners should go to Scandinavia to learn how to do it. They have some way to go to get this straight.

… we experienced partly unfriendly and unprofessional personal at the reception and in the restaurant…, we felt like disturbing (Except the room Maids !!) Personal needs definitely to be trained in guest relation … we booked very expensive half board and were very disappointed …, dinner was big show, no taste ….even very small amounts of food. Poor selection only between two choices. Be prepared to wait a very long time for food. I need to tell that we really do like french cuisine !! But … back to the roots please.

Very beautiful location, very charming accommodation, overall very nice hotel with direct access to ski piste… Could be so perfect …, but … big money for poor service…, sorry to tell!
