Checking in took a bit of time as there is no visible street number of the apartment. The apartment we occupied is on the 4th floor, without a lift. But once you get into the building, it will be a quick process to go out and back to the apartment. We had a very good communication with Alex who supported us during our stay.

The apartment is very clean, the living area spacious, nice bathroom and have full kitchen amenities. Walking distance to all the city attractions and it closed to shopping areas and restaurants nearby

On top floor with no elevator and sofa bed was very squeaky. Accessing with keys, lock boxes, etc. was slightly tricky.

Location is amazing. The apartment is very well equipped. The mattress of the bed and sofa bed were incredibly comfortable. Unlike other places I have been in Nancy, no noise could be heard from other residents in the building.

Because of its central location, challenging to be reached via vehicle due to numerous roadworks and on-way roads. 4 floor walk up (no lift) could be an issue for some.

This centrally located flat has been designed beautifully, with attention to detail. Well kept and clean. Will be enjoyed by visitors who seek an urban experience. Free car park (a few minutes walk away), a plus.

The flat has clearly exceeded our expectations, it is so tastefully furnished, everything fits together really well, that is quite outstanding. The support from Alex was really great, thank you so much for that. If we come back to Nancy, then only to this flat.

The host was super friendly and thoughtful, even preparing a detailed 20-page guide to make our check-in easier. Everything from the location to parking was well arranged and very detailed. The place was cozy and spotlessly clean. The amenities were modern and complete, and the host provided all the essentials. We had a really pleasant stay. We highly recommend this homestay and look forward to staying here again the next time we visit Nancy.

This apartment is so clean,spacious and there is everything you could possibly need. Lovely lounge, well equipped kitchen, spacious and modern bathroom. Alex and Raimon the owners are extra special helpful. There is no detail left out about how things work. Alex answers any questions promptly and makes your arrival so easy and simple. The free parking is another bonus. Once again explained in detail that is so easy to follow. Will return to Nancy and hopefully will be able to stay here again. Thank you Alex

The location was very central to the city centre. that you can literally see the Main Street from the window. Once we parked our car at their private car park, we just walked everywhere. We loved the apartment, it was very spacious and well decorated.

Beautiful apartment, stocked with everything you could possibly need for your stay. Location is fabulous, right in the centre of old town Nancy. Communication with Alex and Romain was excellent. There was nothing to dislike about our stay. It was perfect 😊

Beautifully modern furnished apartment in the heart of Nancy Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable living area and good sized bathroom meant this was a great 2 night stay for our family of 4 including 2 older teens The hosts have clearly put a lot of thought into what guests may need - like charged cables and even an umbrella that came in necessary! We enjoyed walking around Nancy, having a meal in one of the many restaurants and especially loved the light show in Place Stanislas in the evening Having secure parking included was a real bonus for us, it’s a short walk to the car park, but possible to do a drop off of luggage near the apartment prior to parking Communications with the hosts was easy, and they provided an online guide to the apartment and Nancy prior to arriving which is really helpful for a short stays

If I have to give one tip: Picking up and leaving keys and parking ticket not so obvious when the owners can not be present at the arrival/departure. Finding your parking nearby to pick up the keys and card in the apartment and when leaving just the same to leave them in the apartment. This is a bit difficult if you are alone, with two this works perfectly! But one thing, you have at +/- 600 m free and safe parking in a big city where there is almost no parking to find!

Everything was perfect! Perfect location, perfect appartement! The hosts were super friendly and always answered immediately when help or info was needed.

Blurry number of the address, difficult check-in instructions, 4th floor without elevator(should indicate it clearly and honestly in the introduction content), and lack of air conditioning.

It would be nice to provide decaffeinated coffee pods too. The stairs were easier than I expected, based on previous reviews.

Parking is safely underground but is a 6-7 minute walk away. Arrival is very difficult; the street is narrow, and metal posts prevent parking on the sidewalk to unload luggage. Security of the apartment is excellent (but complex at first!), and this 4th floor apartment is 80 steps at the top of the block; unsuitable for some people because there is NO lift and you must be prepared to walk. The entire building is extremely warm (we were there in June), and the apartment has no air conditioning; it was 29F outside AND 29F inside too!! Even at night it was uncomfortable as the temperature dropped just one degree to 28F making it very difficult to sleep :(
