The price is affordable so the property isn’t 5 stars. But for a couple of nights it’s sufficient and has all important amenities.

The location is 10 out of 10. It’s in walking distance to Monte Carlo and there’s a bus stop nearby so there’s easy access to Monaco. The host was very responsive. Even when I sent a message at night she replied quickly and answered all my questions.

Was not able to stay, because not possible to find entrance. No sign. No nothing. This is NOT a hotel!

What a stupid set up. Was not able to find the entrance. They did not answer when I called the number listed at booking.com Had before sendt and revived messages on the booking.com app, but at arrival they did not answer message. After a while I got a message on sms, in French, saying I got the instructions on WhatsApp.. which I don’t use.. Apperently I was supposed to find a key lock behind a window shutter in an alleyway.. Stay away!

Location: thought it was near to casino but its not a hotel. its 1 room tiny place within narrow streets with no sign boards hanging outside. It took me 4 hours to wander in the streets with my heavy bags to find the hotel. I had only 1 night stay and reached Monaco at 2 pm. i almost lost my hope searching for room after 4 hours, dropped my luggage at barber shop on the road and went to casino. Then i received a video how to find the hotel. PATHETIC. Room Smell: Their was continued odour of Phenyl and Bleech.

It was near to the casino. Well maintained.

Any one reading this please DO NOT stay here!!! I read all the reviews and risked it, but I made a mistake. The biggest problem we had was that, at 3am it was raining the water started to come through the room firstly through the main door, and then through the ceiling light. This was particularly dangerous to life and it could have resulted in electrocution and far worse. We tri3d to capture the water in a container to prevent the hold room being flooded. Another reviewer from earlier in the year posted the same problem but the land lord has not rectified it. This apartment should not be available to rent out, it is a health and safety hazard. We are very disappointed. Other problems with the apartment is: Mould on the skirting Broken bed Shower doors doo not close, so the could let water into the room The room size is almost acceptable for 1 person. WiFi information provided was outdated and when I contacted them I did not get any responses.

I'll start by saying that the booking process went smoothly for two adults and a child. We booked a room ten minutes on foot from the center. Despite the negative reviews, we thought the great location would make up for it. We immediately messaged the host to let them know we’re two adults and a child to avoid any possible issues. On Sunday, we began our journey by car. Nearing the end of the journey, we were grateful for the contactless check-in, as it took us longer than we expected to travel. It was already nighttime. However, when we finally arrived—after struggling to find the place due to outdated instructions—we entered the provided code into the keybox, only to find no key inside. After 15 hours of traveling this was beyond defeating. We contact the phone number provided immediately. Thankfully, we receive an answer within minutes. We’re told that since we’re two adults and a child they had changed our room… to another address. But they had forgotten to tell us. Despite the fact that they had had around five days to tell us. To emphasize, we booked this location primarily because of the location, being able to walk to the centre of Monaco on foot without too many hills. We had inserted into the website ahead of time that we were two adults and a child. The room we received via the website was perfect for its location. However, the room we received instead was dangerously up a hill, 20-minutes on foot from centre with so many stairs and hills it feel more like 40 minutes. It wasn’t why we had chosen this specific host. Also, I hadn’t planned on mentioning the cleanliness of the room if it weren’t for the fact that the following night we stayed at another location that was spotless. In comparison, this place had obvious marks of dirt on the couches, the sheets felt used or at least not freshly washed, and a tiny bug had to be killed. The stairs also had a dead bug welcoming you. For the price, you would expect more.
