The room service was very bad, just keep asking for toothbrushes and they told me for 2 days that it’s out of stoke and they can’t provide me with one. And also they didn't serve rooms directly, i should call the room service multiple times to serve me.

I enjoy the staying.

It is really outdated but the good news is yhst we’ve been told they are renovating soon.

Amazing location, very kind and helpful Jana and Sibelle made our stay very comfortable. Keep in mind breakfast is by menu, not buffet. I was surprised with rthis as other Raddison hotels i’ve stayed had an amazi g buffet breakfast.

Upon arrival the room was not cleaned fully. There was a left over coffee, empty coke can and an empty water bottle. The room is looking extremely tired. I informed we were celebrating my son's 10th birthday and the hotel made zero acknowledgement other than my email.

The location is perfect and allows you to navigate Paris well. Staff were very kind and respectful.

Location, location. There was a mix up on our room, after much effort they did find one suitable, although we had to sacrifice our lovely view! The manager sorted it all to our satisfaction. The staff were friendly and helpful and we loved to gréât location. Photo is view from room 702 !

Needs renovation, Breakfast was very questionable.. 5 star hotels are meant to have extensive buffets, here we had just a few items to choose from, and could not even have a second serving

its not even a deal breaker, but maybe update the look of rooms like a renovation. But apart from that I loved it!

Firstly the way they greeted me was very nice, they also knew it was my birthday and said happy birthday! later on the day they gave me a champagne and macaron for my birthday! Breakfast was great, you order what you want and they bring it so its not a buffet. Location is great and close to subway and Arc de troimphe view was epic!!!

room 703 has a great view of the arc de triomphe. however the bathroom had mouldy tiles in the bath area. the shower was falling off the wall and the rawl plugs holding it all it all up are falling out! in desperate need of an upgrade

Some things in the room were a bit tatty and could do with updating. Few more English TV channels wouldn't have gone a miss for chilling out after a long day exploring the city with a young child. The beds weren't that comfy because the duvet cover was bigger than the duvet so they kept separating which was annoying, but that's probs just picky personal preference? 😅 Wouldn't stop us returning though!

Really well priced considering the location. We visited Paris with our 2 year old son, the staff and everyone at the hotel were really welcoming and made some good recommendations of things to do in the city for us as a young family. The hotel itself was relaxing compared to the hustle and bustle outside.

The room was starting to show it’s age. My travel adapter broke and the rooms didn’t have any usb plug sockets or have a temporary travel adapter I could use until I bought another one.

Please find below list that we does not like for this property: 1. The room have an old furniture. 2. The price is to expensive compared with the other properties. 3. The property very close from the infant school which at the morning you get some noise even it you are staying in the room with 6th floor!

The property location are amazing it’s near from the main street at the paris old town (champs - elysees) and the staff was friendly and they so kinds.
