Very good place, just perfect

Perfect apartment. Spacious, clean, modern, it had everything you could possibly require for a stay and no superfluous clutter taking up space. Everything worked brilliantly. It was carefully thought out. Comfortable beds. Fab location just across the main road from lovely Old Town. Gracious host. On direct easy tramline from airport. We are keen to return.

Location was great. Just a short walk to Old Town Nice and the beach. Apartment was well equipped and it was especially nice to have a washing machine. Air conditioning system was also very efficient. We were able to store our luggage on site before check in, which allowed us to immediately get out and start exploring Nice. The apartment wasn't quite ready at check in time but Stania communicated very well with us via WhatsApp, and carried our heavy bags up the stairs for us!

Because so central you do hear some noise at night. Also, need to be aware apartment is on second floor and there is no lift.

It is noisy - the street noise goes all night long with motorbikes, cars and people coming out of the bars. It's not the fault of the venue but it does make sleeping an issue so people staying need to be made aware.

The apartment is on the third floor and there is no elevator. It was fine for us but a bit difficult for the check in and check out because of our suitcases. Also, as it is close to the old town it can be a bit noisy at night

Stania and Sami were super nice and responsive, they even let us check in earlier exceptionally because we arrived really early at Nice. The place was really beautiful and clean, perfect for 2 couples. Also really close to old town, like 5-10 minutes walking distance

We had a fantastic week in this apartment! It was spacious, spotlessly clean, and felt recently refreshed. The location was perfect - everything we needed was close by. It had all the essentials, making it feel like a home away from home. The hosts were great, always quick to respond and super helpful. I’d definitely stay here again!

What a lovely flat! It has everything you need for a comfortable stay, without being cluttered. It is beautifully furnished, and located very close to the Old Town as well as various public transport options (including the tram to / from the airport). The Nespresso machine is a cherry on the cake. Stania is an amazing host. We had a wonderful stay; thank you!

Lots of road noise at night, cars and bikes racing along the main road.

Clean modern apartment. Good location with lots of local amenities and close to the beach and old town. Good communication with host and informative welcome pack.

Modern, well equipped, clean, comfy beds, hot shower, lots of towels, nice to have some supplies such as shampoo, body wash, toilet roll, tea and coffee and a bottle of water.

The toilet was tiny. There are a lot of stairs to climb. We couldn't get the TV to work properly. There should be instructions in the apartment.

The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped and very clean. The shower was excellent. Stania was very welcoming.

Ear plugs helped with sleep as noise from cars and people yelling during the night/early morning can be heard even with windows closed. Air conditioning helped during these times, when needed.

If you travel with kids, sometimes (friday night) the pulsing of the city is too much because of a near disco club, though thats the price for a city centre.

Great place (best location, clean, comfortable, freshly renewed), amazing host (communication, information they provide, kindness, being on the phone when needed), and you literally feel the whole city pulsing under your balcony :)

The location of the property is in the heart of Nice. It is super convenient to get around. Promenade and beaches are 7 minutes away on foot.

The location is excellent, metro, trams, buses, old town, shopping and the beach all practically on the doorstep. The property was spotless with everything you need. Having two bedrooms was great when visiting with a teenager. Stania was very helpful whenever we had a query. Other reviewers mentioned noise at night but this was not a problem for us, our sleep was not disturbed.

Great location and a charming, spacious apt. The hosts were exceptionally kind and helpful, right down to the welcome bottle of wine which was very thoughtful and generous.

One has to accept that it was a city and a high level of noise is to be accepted, I would, however, say it went on a tad long, in fact, all night. But I must state it didn't ruin our enjoyment of the apartment and what do you expect living in a city. But be prepared if you like peace and quiet.

At the time we were there, the road outside was noisy during the middle of the night with cars revving and music. Not the fault of the apartment.
