Not a place we would return to

    • Superior Double Room with Courtyard View

The size of the bathroom, even though with walk-in shower, was very small and in our view not a 'deluxe bathroom". What we find ridiculous, however is the fact that we were charged an additional Euro 10.00 for changing from double to twin beds.

We had booked a superior double room, which was not up to our standard. They were very helpful however and offered us a Deluxe room for Euro 30 more, which we took. Even though there was no dining room, we had a nice board of various charcuterie in the garden, which was very pleasant.

No lifts for bags, hotel situated in sleepy streets away from city centre unablevto walk down for dinner ETC hotel. No restaurant on site ect. bread, fruit, meat on cheese board. No Wifi on site, was infirmed this was allover the town.

lovely under tree outside area with tables umbrellas just outside bar and breakfast area. Received call from hotel that reading book left by rubbish bin in room had been found it was left behind as finished but was good of them to inform.

This is strangely advertised as a Chateau, It is very over modernised with lots of grey metal, There is a chateau underneath all this but its more like an office building, situated in the suburbs there is no particular view or ambience, would give this a miss

Not every deluxe rooms have terrace (but they tell here, that all rooms have terraces), the floor is not parallel to the earth, so you may be little bit confused. Toilet in the wardrobe - is an amazing (no jokes) fun to use :)

    Design is nice

No Restaurant, We had a long day travelling, so would have appreciated been able to put our feet up and eat in the Chateau - instead we had to take a cab into town and back (charged from where the taxi comes from so an additional 30 euro's)

Beautiful building, fabulous rooms, Good parking. Lovely staff

Breakfast was uninspiring compared to many French hotels I have stayed in. Very few staff and a largely impersonal feel to the place. The price is ridiculous for what is offered

Would have liked a room with fitted shower or a holder for the shower head over the bath.

Beautiful chateau in a central location only a couple of kms from the main centre. Lovely grounds and friendly staff.

The Wifi is a bit gash as you're constantly having to sign into it and different logins for room/bar. Minor gripe though.

The staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, the decor is so stylish it's like staying in a David Lynch movie and the proximity to the city centre is great. I stayed in the smallest room they had and I'd still rate it over a big chain 4-star hotel any day of the week. Breakfast is buffet or available in-room and was all fresh with a nice choice available. Dinner menu is a little limited but the food was excellent.

There was a kettle in the room but no cups to drink out of or tea to put in them which was odd. There was a fancy coffee machine in the room but it only made tiny espressos....no milk

A great old property with a modern twist. Excellent rooms that are a bit quirky. Really good breakfast and helpful staff too. I loved the place and it was absolutely silent at night....almost too quiet, if that's possible
