Stretching to find something...the towels could have been more luxurious. That's about it haha.

Staff were amazing. Rooms elegant. Nice view from Juliette windows. Small complimentary treats left in room throughout the stay. Turndown service. Restaurant a bit expensive but well worth the money - try the beef!

Not a lot of guidance on the spa and facilities plus our room was filled with flies and other insects. Every time we got them out more would crawl in from the outside (not sure how)

However, the steaks at the restaurant left a different impression, but it did not affect our overall impression of the hotel; it is truly magnificent.

We traveled as a family of three, including our four-year-old. Prior to this, we had only been to Paris in France, but thanks to this hotel, we fell in love with the Champagne region, and we will definitely return. The hotel was so incredible that we were thrilled with literally everything - the rooms, the service, the vineyards surrounding it, the barrel, and the unbelievable breakfasts. We highly recommend this hotel.

Loved it here would definitely go back! Spa was good and accommodating. Rooms were spacious and gorgeous. The views were great! Staff was very friendly!

The only minor thing would be lunch and dinner service was a little slow but they were busy. And this wouldn’t stop us from staying again as the food was delicious

The rooms and grounds were very clean and comfortable. The spa was great, with wooden hot tubs that you could relax in soaking up the sun and picturesque surroundings.

Nothing, even the boiler breaking down for both nights could not detract from a fantastic stay. See you again next year.

This chateau is in a beautiful location with gorgeous views surrounded by rolling hillsides covered in vines. The rooms are lovely, the restaurant and bar is first class but best of all are the staff who are incredibly friendly and cannot do enough to make your experience perfect. Special call outs for Louise who is wonderful and Fabienne at breakfast full of life and warmth.

The staff are dedicated but feel a little leaderless. The final touch of a hotel that is fully confident in the service it provides is missing.

The location up on the hill with its wide views is beautiful. We have visited both in summer, when the alfresco dining is dreamy, and in winter, when the hotel is very cosy.

At times the staff at the terrace/restaurant could be a bit more pro-active, taking orders was slow at times.

The location is perfect. It is a beautiful hotel and a perfect place for relaxing among the vineyards.

privacy can be a little bit of a concern. the spa baths are outside and when I say outside I literally mean in the walkway of everyone that passes by so while you are trying to relax you’ll have people walking by you to get to the hotel. same with the spa rest area. wayy too exposed. dinner was good and service was wonderful, but I’ve had better food in Reims

A few hiccups with the concierge on dates/times of tastings but it was fixed.

Beautiful location, interiors and friendly staff. The room was enormous and the bathroom was perfect. Lunch and dinner quality exceptional and of course the wine list is on point and then some. They also arranged private tasting at small producers for us with transfers, we highly recommend taking advantage of this.

Uber availability/wait time vs. the high cost of local taxi’s. But out of the hotels hands! Would have enjoyed a more extensive list of champagnes by the glass so we could sample and compare.

Beautiful boutique hotel situated perfectly in between Épernay and Reims. The surrounding villages were peaceful with some friendly local winemakers. Chateau de Sacy is a perfect oasis, overlooking the vineyards. A beautifully tranquil setting, with character and comfort. The staff were all charming and couldn’t do enough to assist us… including delivering champagne to us in the Norwegian hot tubs! The food surpassed our expectations for ‘hotel food’, and was in our opinion better than a lot of the food we had eaten across the weekend in Reims. Overall, the feeling was that our expectations were surpassed immensely and we’d love to visit again. Thanks for a wonderful weekend.
