Paper cups! No proper glasses or mugs. Lots of dust under the bed. A slightly odd smell in the room, like mould.

Many other guests leaving their used trays of dishes from Room Services Food Orders along the corridors. These are untidy and create a fertile environment for rodents (rats, etc), especially overnight.

There could be more of a selection of food in the bar, I was traveling out of season so this may be different at other times in the year

The breakfast was poor with very little diversity. The breakfast was 100% the same every day, so if you stay more than one day it's very repetitive. The restaurant in general was very poor with a very small selections of meals in the menu. We tried a foccacia from the menu and it wasn't any good. Better avoid going to the hotel restaurant in general. The separate toilet from the bathroom is not the best design. There is no sink to wash yourself. The separate toilet it has a very limited space which is not ventilated. The smell after the toilet is used is something horrible. The room temperature could only be set between 19 and 23 degrees Celcius. One of the cleaning ladies kept adjust the temperature back to 19 degrees.

The location was very nice. It is close to one of the entrances to the Versailles Palace. The underground parking was spacious enough and relatively easy to access. The double extended sofa bed was good for the kids (9yo &6yo). The room was well cleaned. The hotel was in general well maintained.

The breakfast is significantly overpriced in terms of value for money. - Parking fees are also high. - Found a similar hotel in Paris for a cheaper rate that includes a 2-day stay with breakfast. - The breakfast offered had limited variety. - If an extra bed is needed, it's important to request it in advance; this information was missing from our experience.

- We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. - The beds were very comfortable, equipped with soft memory foam mattresses. - The hotel's proximity to the Palace of Versailles is excellent, making it a perfect location.

The bits of peeling paint in the bathroom, nothing major but would expect this to have been sorted!

Great service form the staff on my dietary requirements and advice on my visit to Versailles Palace the following day. The bed was so comfortable too!

When we were checking out, we asked if we asked if we could order some food at the bar and they provided a menu. The menu was very basic and expensive. We then asked if there was anything else around and they suggested a restaurant across the road. We decided not to go as we were running out of time. When we came to leave, we noticed that the hotel restaurant was open and we asked why they didn’t suggest this place us to eat at but they said it was closed. It was actually half full of people eating lunch. Not sure why they said this when it was obviously open.

Thermostat for heating was just allowing setting up between 19 and 23 Celsius. It was a little bit cold in the room as not been able to raise the temperature 🥺

The hotel was very comfortable it was great to have the kids area to play as we had a 3 yr old. I also loved having access to open the window.

The wall blow dryer in the room didn't work. However, the front desk promptly provided us another to use during our stay.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel offers fresh water--still and sparkling. They provided us ice to chill our champagne :-) Versailles is a delightful city. One of the largest open air markets, great shops, and tasty restaurants. We parked our car at the hotel and walked everywhere during our stay. Merci!
