Nothing - but do recommend booking for dinner- they don’t tell you you have too at Check-in, but when we went to eat we were told it was full. Thanks to a fantastic maitre’d they squeezed us in.

Beautiful property , great spa , delicious food

The food was great. Only complaint I have is about some of the staff, most were very helpful, friendly and very efficient. There was only one staff member in the lounge bar that was worth complaining about, shame as he put a dark stain on the service from all others in the complex. there is always one isn't there?! Maybe a disgruntled ugly man-syndrome? He was much older and uglier than the other beautiful looking young wait staff maybe he had issues and wanted to take it out on unsuspecting solo travelers. Also should have booked my beauty treatment well in advance! Only managed one treatment in my short stay but was lucky to get that one thoroughly enjoyed.

Loved the entire experience. The beauty of the chateau, the friendly helpful staff and the lovely staff managing the beauty treatment/spa area. well kept areas - both clean, efficient and very relaxed environment. There are activities to cater for all - golf, pétanque, bicycles available everywhere, tennis court, outdoor pool, indoor pool with small gym, sauna and beauty treatment area and two choices of either the restaurant for more formal dining and a relaxed lounge bar for less formal dining.

The room It wan not what I expected, nothing to do with the building and not what I saw in Booking page pictures; I was disappointed. The room was not bad, great bed and good bathroom, but the style had nothing to do with the chateau. It seemed to be an extension done with no coherence to the building. It is not the first time that the pictures I see in booking page are not representing the reality. I have the feeling that booking the room with Booking.com you get the worst rooms.

    The place was amazing

Very quiet area, beautiful castle in the middle of the fields and excellent massage at the SPA. Spending a week-end there was just perfect... even a bit too short

    - Room was not located in the castle, but in the seperate building. No 'castle' experience whatsoever. - Both the common parts, restaurant and the room are completely outdated. You are back in the nineties - in a bad way. Time has also worn the accomodation off: a lot of damage to the furniture, walls,... - Several technical defects: 2 lamps were not working, the button to switch between faucet and showerhead was not working, WiFi was not working (too weak signal to connect) while the area has no 3G/4G coverage either. - Bikes were available on the domain, but 3 out of 4 bikes had completely flat tires and brakes that barely worked. - Too low value for money: for this outdated type of accomodation 226 EUR for 1 night with breakfast is simply too much. Same goes for restaurant: for 2 people we paid 133 EUR for 1 aperitif, 1 glass of wine and each an entree and main course. No Dessert or coffee. Drinks were especially expensive, not chilled and rather unattractive.

    - Spa was modern, clean - no negative comments at all. - Quality of food (both dinner and breakfast) was also good. - Staff was friendly, overall. - Clean.

The Hotel policy is a hard line 50 euros per room late checkout, irrespective of circumstance; without going into detail over our own 4 rooms, it is an unnecessarily inflexible rule. They should rethink how it is applied.

Fabulous property , gorgeous moat. Exquisite rooms, excellent outdoor heated pool and tennis courts. We were there for a wedding and it was a superb location. Some staff went over and above, Jeremy at Front desk and the restaurant staff who could not do enough, adding tables, being so helpful. We had a blast.

There is nothing around the territory of the Castle, just a small village. Should be taken into consideration for travelers.

The Castle, the peaceful park around, nice outdoor and indoor piscine, tennis courts, good restaurant. The breakfast is very good.

The bathroom was very clean but there wasn't enough room to put out our toiletries. There were tables and parasols set out, outside the main chateau but the bar was somewhere else. It would have been nice to be able to get refreshments at the main building.

The bed was extremely comfortable and the quilt was simply wonderful. The room was very compact but nicely decorated and had everything you need for a short break. It was very quiet and tranquil and the setting and surroundings are beautiful. We ate in the restaurant and lounge bar and the food was very well presented and prepared. The spa facilities were extensive and the swimming pool was wonderful. A thoroughly enjoyable short stay.

staff were corporate after some places we stayed at on our tour. Restaurant food though good was served in a modern restaurant along with breakfast...why oh why when you have the original chateau do this....oh now I remember it is so the golfers can gt their bar snacks also. that was saddening

the Chateau is beyond excellent - facilities super

Breakfast is a bit overpriced I guess? Would also be great if there's more choices for dinner.

Menu (incl. breakfast) is a bit overpriced, though quality is good.

The staff is very friendly and most of them speak English. Nice location, good beds, airco worked pretty good during the hot days. The outdoor swimming pool is very nice and clean. The indoor pool and spa are also a good place.

Swimming pool could open earlier, perhaps the hotel could be more proactive in coming to the car park to help with baggage.

Unless you pay extra for the access to the Spa, you actually don't have much to do. It was a rainy day and the only facilities already included in the room rate were the outdoor things such as the swimming pool. In addition, the wifi wasn't working, which is surprising for a 4 star hotel

In some parts of the chateaux it felt disappointing as you could have been in any hotel compared to the exterior of the building. The food in the lounge bar was way below par with a soggy club sandwich at €15. Breakfast was very highly Priced for the service and lack of things needed such as glasses / cutlery and the staff were v slow to respond in dining areas. It was also disappointing that the spa wasnt available and included for Guests of the hotel and €6 for a bottle of water in 30degree heat proved expensive with a baby & a pregnant woman!!

The grounds and the exterior of the chateaux are Stunning.

Great location, absolute tranquility. We slept so well without slightest noise. The view is stunning, and the castle itself is like a fairy tale. We had a deluxe double room and glad to find our room inside the main castle. For such an old building, they have done a great job to maintain it and keep the surrounding in great shape. The free boat ride and bikes are big plus. Personnel and service are may be less warm but they are efficient. The spa is great, restaurant is OK but still worth it thanks to the remarkable view.

Rooms could do with an upgrade and the common areas. The food was average. Some staff members were a tad on the rude side.

Loved the chateau. It is a magical place. The moat around the castle was fun to row around. The facilities are great - especially the spa and gym. The grounds are fabulous. Only 30 mins from Paris and you feel like you are in the middle of nowhere. Pitch and Put and Tennis too. Some staff went out of their way to help. They made me a club sandwich at 12:00am when we arrived late. It's definitely worth staying in the castle itself.
