Missing the fridge in the room & at list a fan, during the night was very hot, we kept the door of the balcony/terrace open. The swimming pool was nice, but you cannot bring or order any food or drinks.

The property was nice, full of green & perfect for family with children. They were plenty of things to do with your kids.

Facilities are quite worn out. Cleanliness is big problem here. Flys are flying everywhere in the restaurant and even over the food, and it seems nobody cares for it. The food offered during dinner time is far from being fresh.

Room is spacious and the bed is comfortable

The staff at check in didn’t seem to know much about the region and weren’t that welcoming. They have a program at the club that is mainly suited to the needs of elderly people, like games and aqua gym.

The mobile home I stayed in was lovely, comfortable and clean. It’s next to a little stream and surrounded by trees so it’s perfect to relax. There are lavender fields right next to it and the town of Valensole is closeby. The property is huge and has a nice pool.

We didn't encounter anything we didn't like.

Liked the location and on site facilities to amuse children though would have liked to have stayed longer to explore more of the facilities! Beautiful little town 5 minutes by car just down the road.

The appartments look as if they were built in the 70's and have not been renovated since (with the exception of the bathroom). No kettle in the room. The most troubling issue is cleaning (or lack thereof). We were welcomed by giant spiders which were there when we left + the floor was not cleaned even once during our 1 week stay.

The reception desk staff do their utmost to answer any questions and solve any issue (although they speak only a little English).

The room was old and smelly, with no facilities what so ever. No mini fridge, no fan or a/c, there was not even a kettle to make a cup of tea or coffee in the morning. Two single beds instead of a double. We left a day early!!

The rooms could be renovated. The breakfast is kind of a "mass-market event". This place is oriented strongly to french tourist, which make up a large majority of the customers. If you don't speak language it might be a different experience than that I had as a native french speaker.

Proximity to sights in the region, nice base-town of Gréoux with good restaurants. The facilities at the hotel provide for time between sight-seeing trips.

Peaceful and pretty setting with basic but comfortable rooms; ideal for relaxation and sports
    • Leisure trip

Some fruit in the morning breakfast buffet would have been appreciated.

The location is superb, in a quiet valley between Greoux and Valensole, amidst pretty woods in a wide reserve from the Chateau. Pretty to take a walk around the park, where a lot of activities can be undertaken: pool, spa, climbing adventure on trees, football, volleyball and acrobatic pitches, tennis courts and other amenities...there are several animateurs for these activities. Even though we didn't have time to try them, looked a very nice opportunity. Rooms are dispersed in different buildings inside the park, nearby the main building where reception and restaurant/bar are. There are also some apartments, which we didn't see. Our room looked a little outdated (we were in Ecureil building) but was very spacious and comfortable, while been adequately clean. The toilet is separated from the bathroom, with a good shower. Beds are very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was not outstanding but more than adequate, as there were a choice of sweet (croissant, cakes) and salty food (omelette, sausages...). Personnel was helpful and friendly, the place very pleasant. Connection with the village is feasible without car as there is an useful free shuttle service to and from Greoux. Consider this place if you love a peaceful setting in nature and love sports and relaxation, and don't bother too much about simply furbished rooms.

It depends what your criteria is - our 2 boys aged 7 & 8 loved the pool and thought everything was great. We however were ready to leave after the first night! The rooms are like something from a youth hostel. Seriously need updating. The pillows were the worst - felt like you were sleeping on cotton wool balls. We did ask for replacements and they gave us some new ones which were great so not sure why we had to ask! The rooms were clean and the shower super powerful. The bar food is hideous - 3 choices - all cooked from frozen - burger/ croque monsieur. If you are a vegetarian you will need to eat elsewhere as there arent any options. It states on the info we were given that they don't cater for dietary requirements so worth looking into if you have any. We didn't eat in the restaurant based on the quality of bar food. The breakfast however was not too bad. Restaurant shut at 8.45 which we weren't aware of so had to drive elsewhere. There is no wifi anywhere except near the reception and even then my iPhone still didnt pick up any. We were the only English speaking family which was okay as it made us use our (limited) French - some of the staff did speak English. We did not use any of the entertainment facilities as everything in French but that was fine as we were in France! Great location but I am sure you can get something better for your money elsewhere.
