The room was a bit cold on our arrival, but honestly we didn't pointed it out, otherwise the staff would have helped said.

A spacious elegant room in the city center, where the staff was extremely kind and the breakfast buffet quality higher than standard, with freshly baked products. Cleanness and flexibility were strong points.

Room is exceptionally small, almost claustrophobic, and a bit stuffy but at least not too overheated.

Close to main town attractions and restaurants etc. Friendly staff. Good blackout curtains and no noise issues.

Bottle of water would be a nice touch to have in the rooms along with a shower cap. I was staying in one of the rooms at the top of the hotel and the shower area was tricky to use due to the slant of the ceiling.

I found the room warm, but I sleep how so can't really blame them. No AC.

Very central in Nantes, easy to walk to pretty much all the major attractions. Or just walk to the train station and head down the coast, its part of the TGV network.

The room was very small and the wardrobe was very small. Couldn’t put clothes away and so had to use my suitcase as drawers but couldn’t put my suitcase on the floor opened so it was very tight for space

The shower was a tight fit and we are not overly large people. We would have liked more lighting options, a little dull for reading.

The location was excellent; walking distance to everything we wanted to see and visit. The staff in the hotel were very obliging and friendly, breakfast was okay if a little expensive for what there was. We didn't have it every day of our visit. The hotel is beautifully decorated and the room was clean if a little tight for space.

Nothing, the whole experience was very positive.

The location is really central, just 2 minutes' walk away from the heart of the pedestrian area, yet very quiet. Public transports are close-by. The staff were very friendly and professional. The bathroom was spotless and the bed was super comfy!

the heating of the room was off, when we arrived and it took long until the room was comfy, the window could not be locked properly (as far as we could do it, even with some power pressure)

The walls in the attic room were really thin. I could hear and feel the people moving in the room next door.

Only the parking was a bit of faff as it was easy to get lost in one way system to get to it from hotel , was also quite expensive .

The staff were very friendly and helpful , breakfast was superb with lots of choice and hand made local produce which they are clearly very proud of , lovely relaxed atmosphere .

It is not a dislike, but some things to mention about the property, which will not deter me for staying here again. Soundproofing, which is normal for an old European building. Suites facing the street are noisy, if you are a light sleeper avoid them. Choose the suites with windows to the inner court (no view, but much quieter) Very small elevator (2 people, 2 suitcases capacity), I chose a suite on the first floor for that reason.

Very well located, good bedding and shower. Great THANK YOU to the wonderful staff, especially Claire and Aymerik (I am so sorry calling you Andrew for my whole stay!), you were so nice, welcoming and helpful making my stay much more memorable.

No air conditioning but was supplied with a fan which was adequate during a warm September.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, receptionist was very helpful and spoke very good English which was a bonus. She helped us book an excursion to save us having to muddle through in French over the phone. Bed was very comfortable, room was very nicely decorated and pleasant to be in. Bathroom was good, everything worked but was a bit dated. Location was excellent, only a couple minutes walk from Place Graslin.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with local maps and information. The location is superb. The room was very comfy and just what is needed for a city stay.
