There wasn't a lot of light in the room because the windows weren't very big. The hotel seemed older than I had expected it to be and it was a bit disappointing because it didn't look at all like in the pictures.

The place was good overall, the staff was very nice and the neighborhood seemed safe and quiet. The kitchen wasn't the newest, but it had what we needed and there was a supermarket nearby.

We expected the apartment bigger. Pictures in booking site appeared bigger. The apartment is not much bigger than a hotel room. Unfortunately, the bathroom had the toilet jammed in a sort of corridor, which made it very tight for a tall person like my husband to sit. Shower glass is covered by 1/3 of a panel which made it difficult to keep the water inside while showering. At the end of showering, the foor outside the shower was all wet.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. Saba and Guillerme were very prompt, attentive, and friendly. Really good customer service. Location is not bad. Fairly close to 2 metro stations, so it is very convenient.

The location was excellent for Metro & Bus lines. Also close to the Gare de Lyon & Sorbonne. The room was very quiet! Staff was friendly & helpful. Kitchenette was good, there were groceries nearby as well as restaurants.

Kitchen appliances and utensils were poor. Toilet was in a separate room with no sink. Our expectations based on online photos were higher.

We liked the comfortable double bed with a big douvet, location had both metro and bus stops nearby, and staff was very helpful and welcoming. Our room was also clean and we had no issues with that.

The only think I would like to improve would be the shower water pressure. It was difficult to shower there due to the shower not working properly.

The room was really nice and clean. The kitchen was also very well equipment with all utensils needed to make small meals. This hotel is also in a very good location and has really good transport links so it was fairly easy to get around Paris. The staff were also very lovely and accommodating. I definitely felt welcome and enjoyed my stay!

Nicely located with a comfy backyard and balconies for at least some of the rooms. The kitchenette is equipped with all essentials.

The rooms feel old, especially the walls and the paint. Not the cleanest, but decent. Be advised that the toilet is separate from the shower room which was inconvenient and didn’t know about when did the booking. Also we had to pay city tax which was about €5 per night per person, which again I didn’t know about… as on the website it says taxes and charges included. Facilities very limited.. no smart TV, no coffee machine, no tea bags in the room and not even a bottle of water on arrival. There was a coffee machine in the lobby which didn’t seem to work properly and was a bit dirty, but it was for free.

Everything fine, though it is true towels weren't changed during our stay, which was fine by us, nor was the room vacuumed.

The room was very big, comfy bed and clean. The staff was wonderful and reception was open 24h. There was also free coffee /tea etc 24h. The underground was a four minute walk and we'll connected.

The room did not get cleaned nor the towels replaced during our 5 nights there, but we did not ask for it either.

The hotel is well connected via metro to the main attractions of the city. The studio was well equipped for two people, the bed quite comfortable and the amenities as described. There's complementary coffee and water in the lobby, and the staff was super nice. In the vecinity of the hotel you can find supermarkets, restaurants and boulangeries.
