Maybe some of the eating tables in the lounge could be a bit lower -- the seating is very low so the table feels particularly high. Just a small note.

Location is fantastic - unparalelled proximity to Jardin du Petit Palais, Colonnes de Buren, Le Louvre, Le Nemours, etc. The hotel lounge area was nice to hang out in. I loved the little macaron/gouter in the early evenings. Love the espresso/hot water machine available 24/7. Loved how close it it to everything. We love Asian food and it's got that in spades, as well as all of the great French restaurants and cafes just steps away. We got corner room 505 with wraparound balcony and two french doors. Comfortable bed with bench. Round table with two chairs and open shelving is very wise use of space. Small closet and safe. Bathroom was good with bathtub. We appreciated the housecleaning service and turndown service was nice. Especially with the 'fear of bedbugs going around Paris' - we were relieved knowing that La Clef was managing the cleanliness well. We did not have breakfast. Liked the Angelina biscuit tin and personal note from the manager when we checked in. Didn't realize that they left us champagne in the fridge until much later. A nice touch. Would have liked more verbal attention as we go in and out - as we were just mother/daughter traveling alone in Paris. We like the feeling of having staff know your name and watching out for you. Luvine/Ludine at front desk (from Strasbourg) was great! Abdoullah as porter great too.

The hotel room looks outdated a little and it only has one elevator which means when it breaks, you will have to take the stairs. If you happen to live on a higher floor, that is quite a work for you to get to where you live.

The Hotel Location is great. Centre of the City. The breakfast staff are nice and friendly and the breakfast selection is well combined.

I liked it more if it was a bit brighter. Also there was no fan or a window in the toilet. Breakfast was a bit of disappointment and expensive for the price. Also sound isolation could have been better.

Location was one of the best. My room was nice and spacious. The cleanliness was top notch and the neoclassical interior design was so pretty and relaxing. The reception staff, specially the young lady were so kind and helpful.

The washer was broken and you had to pay extra for breakfast but it was amazing.

The location was Amazing and the rooms very clean and spacious! The staff very helpful and friendly. I loved the two terraces in the room. I would definitely stay again :)

No noise insulation at rooms. You can hear everything. At night, sounds can be heard. Air conditioning was so hot. The room was hot, that you don’t feel comfort with your sleep.

The room was so spacious and clean, with a well-equipped kitchenette and beautiful balconies. The staff were courteous and helpful, and the location was central to everything.

communication is poor. I received delivery but the staff didn’t inform me of it, if they couldn’t reach me by phone, they could’ve left a note under the door to inform me but didn’t. I had to contact the shop to enquire about my goods just to find out that it was delivered the night before.

-Small Junior suite, but that’s typical for downtown Paris! -Staff friendly and helpful, but not service wasn’t outstanding -Booked later, so value for money was not great.

-Walking distance to Opera, Louvre, other attractions on that side of the city -Kitchenette with washer/dryer machine was convenient -Secure hotel, card key access and 24-hr staffed lobby -Clean, comfortable hotel room

It was very cold in the room, the ac was able to hear only up to 23C, it wasn’t enough. For 5 star hotel I really expected better breakfast.

Location is great and stuff was very polite and kind. Sound proofing is excellent. I liked that for everything inside the hotel you need your room card.
