Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

My room was next to the lift which was quite noisy
Great location, close to many tourist attractions, good area with many restaurants and small shops. No daily cleaning but ability to get fresh towels etc when needed. Room was spacious and had small kitchenette available for use with full range of kitchen equipment

When we arrived there were 2 instant coffee packets, 1 regular, 1 decaf. The 1st morning we used the regular one. When we asked for more for our 6 day stay, we were told that they don't replenish coffee. The heating and cooling system was a mystery to us. It appeared to be controlled by clients but was not.

Daily room cleaning is not included.
The room was large and good for family stays. The location is great, it is very close to several different arrondissements. Louvre and gardens, Notre Dame, etc. they are all in walking distance. It is next to Seine, you may have a walk whenever you want. Also there were very good restaurants around the area (Saint- Germain). 7/24 complimentary coffee was a plus.

The views from the room are awful and the reception staff need to smile more!
We like the location of this hotel. Ideal for the Louvre, Latin Quarter, Notre Dame to name but a few. There is free coffee in reception, the Wi-Fi is good. The room/Apartment was a fair size. You help yourself to towels & tissue from a room off reception and only get a cleaner if requested.

We slept very badly as it was over hot and the pillows were not comfortable
The apartment was a little tired. It was ok but not fabulous. But the location was fantastic though and the staff were great

The room was a bit basic for the price we paid. Also, due to our room being at the back, there wasn’t much of a view. You’d probably want to be at the front of the building, as it overlooks the Seine.
The location is perfect for Paris sightseeing. It’s right next to a metro station, and a walk across the bridge to the city centre. Also, there are plenty of decent restaurants and cafes all within a 5 minute walk, and there’s a grocery shop round the corner.

Daily room cleaning provision is not there . Therefore if you are staying more than 3 days then you have to bear dirty dustbin till your check out. I recommend if hotel can start room cleaning options daily would be better for guest
The property is in the prime location and rooms are decent in size with all the required cooking amenities with big window . Beds are comfortable and breakfast is (paid) good. Saint chapel, Notre dame, louvre is within the walking distance. All good restaurants are within a toe step of the premises.

The bin lid in the kitchen was well worn and needed replacing as it was loose/ broken, one light in the kitchen didn’t switch off and the dishwasher didn’t wash for some reason.
Location and size is the suite, perfect temperature, was also so quiet - bliss. And free coffee!

The mattress of the bed was covered with some kind of film, it was uncomfortable to sleep as it made everything sweat :( The studio room is small, it is ok for one person but a bit tightly for two people
Very good location, Notre Dame de Paris is 5 minutes walk to Notre Dame de Paris, Luxembourg Gardens is 15 minutes walk. The hotel has coffee machines and food vending machines. It is possible with pets, it costs 10 euros per day

Location is excellent only 10 mins metro from Gare du Nord very close to amazing places to eat and Louvre and Notre Dame. Rooms have everything you need and very clean. Staff so lovely and helped so much with info. Special thanks to Aissa and Trenh

They could use better grab bars to get in and out of the bathtub/shower. Kleenex tissues could be softer, they are a bit like sandpaper.

Staff could have been friendlier. No milk provided for tea/coffee in the room. Room was a little tired with some damage to walls and fixtures/fittings.
Great location, v close to St Germain area with lots of cafés, shops etc. Close to metro stop. Good kitchenette and decent bathroom (with plenty of hot water). Big King size bed and a good quality pull out sofa bed which made into 2 singles. Free coffee machine in reception. Felt secure with room key used to access main door and to use the lift.

I was frustrated when I arrived that nothing looks the photos you advertise. I changed the room twice until I found a suitable one for which I had to pay extra. You should not put such photos as they are not real
