The room is located near to highway traffic in the future if you can improve the windows system by triple glazed to reduce the traffic noise. The bed selected was double but find it two single beds.

Staff was not responsive to any queries. In one of my questions about an offer on long stays the employee did not have a clue. Totally fast food service.

I stayed for 7 nights. It would be good to have a broom, dustpan and mop to quickly clean the floor. The floors are hard surfaces and the weather was hot, so one tends not to wear shoes. I would have liked to have quickly cleaned the floor of inevitable dirt and detritus (is a studio apartment, so food is prepared and crumbs etc. fall to the floor).

I didn’t have breakfast because I was in my room, but good offer of toast, fruit, breads etc. v clean rooms and secure access. Quiet besides the traffic.

It was a big room, facing the river, very quiet area. Metro and busses were frequent and very accessible. Room facilities were great, with microwave and stove and a sink. Absolute value for money.

Room a little bit dirty. Also the ceramic hob had the glass broken, which doesn’t give us a good impression. Even though the location is very comfy, it was around 50min from Paris and 40 from Disneyland, communicated to them by stop Nogent-le-perreux to Val de Fontenay (RER E) which arrived every 30min… so if you lose one train you will have to wait, recommended if you spend the all day outside and just coming back for sleep like us.

The staff was very friendly. Rooms confortable and with standard facilities for cooking. The bathroom has regulated heater, which is very useful when arriving home after a rainy day in Paris. The location is very secure and nice, located on a residential area, perfect for relaxing.

I had booked and paid for 7 rooms but were provided with only 6 rooms. I have been trying to communicate with hotel for last 3 months but there is no response. Even booking.com is unable to get a response on the problem from property

Only the air-con on lowest setting was 18°c which felt like a breeze, still good to have but I was expecting it to be cooler. We had a massive window also to let cool air in so wasn't too bad at all. Irons have to be borrowed from reception so not per room. Would stay again.

Nice river view with boats, double glazed windows (silent night), great facilities cooker microwave kettle cupboards plates bowls cooking pots and utensils washing up liquid with sponge and towel. TV, two desks with chairs, side tables for beds, spacious and secure underground carpark. Toaster should be included. We toasted bread in a frying pan 🤷🏽‍♂️😄

The cleaning is very,very poor 😢. I stayed there for six nights no changing of towels or bed sheets..I have to take shower every day....Really?

The outside road is quite noisy. So no possibility to have the windows open.

Great area to stay - not just because of convenient transport to Paris, it is a lovely city, views from river shore - magnificent. The hotel is just on the riverbank, so you can have splendid walks from there. Rooms are big and well equiped. Price-excellent!

It was really cheap (the mattress was awful, the furniture were not good quality), people in charge were not very nice and not very present during the WE (no one to help me with the luggage and the lift wasn’t working well). Better to pay extra money for another hotel.

We needed to use the elevator to get to the property, but that has a code and some non-traditional way of operating, it would've been nice if we got these instructions beforehand. We called and the person from the reception helped, but there's a second issue: although this person was super friendly and helpful, there's always only a single perseon in the reception (when it's open, it's not 24h), so things can take some time, our whole check-in took around 30min. The room was okay, very spacious, but needed some renovation. The bed and pillows aren't comfortable, the shower curtain won't prevent the bathroom from getting all wet, the bathroom tiles are loose so the whole floor moves when you step on it. They forgot to provide the baby crib we requested, when I went to the reception to ask for it it was already closed. The next day they gave me one, but unfortunately it was all dirty on the sides. Because rooms don't get cleaned every day, which is fine because they mentioned it, the corridors were always a bit messy with cleaning stuff and some trash people leave outside.

Friendly staff, our room has been cleaned well, the kitchen was nice and convinient, and good location for Nogent-sur-Marne.

Although there are options for public transportation, I would suggest interested travelers plan their train/bus rides well to return to the hotel. Line E in Paris was a bit unreliable (Clearly, it was not the hotel's fault).

It was clean, the staff was very friendly, the elevator was working, and it was in a very nice and quiet area close to a grocery store and some restaurants.
