Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

GermanyThe only thing I can complain about are the mattresses, unfortunately they weren’t comfortable at all, very hard and felt very worn out. Other than that my stay was great!
The property was super clean and the location was great. Only a one minute walk from the metro and takes only about 20 min to the city center from there. Also lots of options to eat and shop groceries around there.

TurkmenistanThe floor was constantly and extremely cold, but probably it's not a big problem if to have slippers.:) Was a bit surprised that no salt, pepper, oil and stuff like that is available (usually it is there in similar apartments). Though, the personnel was so kind and gave us a sachet of salt immediately once we've asked.
Definitely recommend! Very clean and ergonomic. The personnel is extremely friendly and polite.

GermanyThe hotel is a very convenient option for tourists. There are multiple metro stations on different lines and also a bus stop. For an additional fee you can rent a parking lot. We had a separate bathroom and kitchen with all necessary supplies, which is incredible for this price. The room was very clean and quiet at night. We would gladly stay here again.

PhilippinesThe only part I didn't like was that there was no daily cleaning. In fact, our unit was not cleaned for the entire 3-night stay. Cleaning every 2 days would have sufficed.
I loved it that the place was very close to the Philippe August metro station. Loved that coffee is available until 9pm. Daily breakfast is enough to get by. The place was squeaky clean upon arrival. Kitchen facilities are also available in the room. Drinking water is available 24/7.

Next to the famous Père Lachaise cimetary and to a subway station. They have a secured indoor parking 600ft from the hotel that is convenient. Super friendly staff.

It was a bit out of the hustle and bustle which was nice to come back to at the end of the day. The bed is SUPER comfy and the hotel was relatively quiet (we didn’t use our ear plugs).

AustraliaWe were surprised that the hotel didn't have airconditioning. Not great when you arrive in Paris on one of the hottest days of the summer so far and all you have is a cheap and noisy tower fan to cool you. We were super happy with how modern and clean the bathroom was but when you tried to use the shower you noticed that the shower door has been installed incorrectly and it swings inwards. This made getting into the shower really difficult. My daughter and I managed, just, but if my husband had been with us, he would not have been able to use the shower. I mentioned this problem to the reception manager when we checked out so hopefully they will solve it.
Very large room with a kitchenette and a table for two to sit at. The bathroom was very clean and modern. The location was very quiet as our room was at the back of the hotel. It is close to the Phillipe Auguste metro station. There is also an Aldi supermarket as well as a large convenience store nearby. The hotel has a lift which was great.

United States of AmericaStaff was friendly. Room had big windows you could open. Hotel was located a bit far from centre-ville, but the metro, monoprix, and a boulangerie were right there. Was a quiet area, except for the crows in the cemetery. Haha. We could see Sacre Coeur from our window.

AustraliaWe found the toiletries lacking, no hand soap only body wash in the shower.
Whilst not a luxury hotel, the location was excellent, close to public transport with lots of food options close by plus right next to Pere Lachaise Cemetery. Breakfast option was available and free coffee after lunch, plus there was water in the lobby to drink and refill. The room was big by Paris standards, overall an excellent choice.

SlovakiaRooms appeared on the photos more modern a light. We got a room on ground floor (number 6) facing other building right next to it so there was almost no natural light in the room, which was disappointing. Also shower and whole bathroom was dated. When someone above flushed the toilet, there was some noise in the room.
Good location, metro nearby, helpful staff, coffee/tea available for free after noon. The bed was ok. We enjoyed little kitchen and table to eat our meals.
