You must tell explicitely that you will charge clients for the breakfast. Regardless, the price is ridiculous. for 15€ per person you can have a delightful meal in the very centre of Paris. Personally, i would have preferred a lighter blanket to sleep, but they wouldn't give it to me; i fell ill for 4 days.

The location is just wonderful. Close to the metro, supermarket, boulangerie (i really recommend "le plaisir de nous"), pharmacie, laundry. Too bad the swimming pool was out of service... Very clean room. The kitchen was perfectly equipped.

Swimming pool was closed. I was informed only at reception. At checkout the receptionist suggested that I had taken a breakfast one day, which was not true. I have respectfully denied and I was not charged

As there is no AC in the room, in the summer with windows open enormous noise starts in the very early morning from the street side when thrash (or similar) trucks start getting over the bumps installed in the street.

Nice located aparthotel. Not far from the Metro station, some restaurants around. Staff is vary friendly, pool is included in price. Breakfast is very good. Aquapark and PSG stadium are in walking distance.

The corridor toward my room was dirty. The small table at the corridor and its chair contained dust someone can't dear to sit there.

The room was well organized, clean and with necessary kitchen utensils plus the fridge. The lift was working accordingly all the time. The hot water was available all time. No bedbugs as it had been claimed.

No A/C in the room

The hotel location was okay, next to it you have a big supermarket and some decent restaurants. The room size was extremely good, and the hotel got some good services around the lobby, food you can buy for late nights, and coffee and water machine for free, didn't try the breakfast, but from the looks of it - seemed fine.

I do not recommend the breakfast. For 12 € you can have a better breakfast if you just buy something in the supermarket and bakeries next by.

We were really surprised that these small rooms included everything you need - including a fully equipped kitchen unit. The rooms were both tidy and, despite having the street in front, quiet enough too sleep well. The personal at the reception was very friendly.
