I asked the hotel to call me a taxi for my drive to the airport the following day. I paid €30 for exactly 3.6km and not even 6 minutes drive. As I questioned the driver I was told the car was a vtc, a type of vehicle I didn't ask for! The hotel has an agreement with this car company, but never told me the rate used, or asked if I agreed to use this type of transportation. I was extremely disappointed feeling I had been ripped off. I called the hotel to inform them of the situation, they replied their collegue simply forgot to indicate who they use as "taxi", and forgot to give me the rate. As it was not my first night there I didn't even think to inquire on the cost of the ride. Next time I will call a taxi company myself to avoid such a bad surprise. It leaves me with a bad impression on the hotel

The location is very convenient next to St Jacques Airport. Also very quiet. As I stay there twice a year I noticed that prices often change between €65 to over €100 I mentioned it to the front desk lady who was kind enough to offer me a better rate for that night.

We arrived very late to a friendly welcome, quick check in and clean, comfortable room. So easy to find from the main road.

The room was clean and functional. Ensuite. Tea/Coffee facilities. Good size car park. This was a 1 night stopover of a drive throiugh France to Agen, we arrived later (23:00) but there were english speacking staff their, so all good.

Unfortunately, There were no grocery stores nearby within walking distance.

The staff is amazing. Really appreciate the accommodations that were made for us. Also, it’s very easy to reach by the local bus.

Fairly typical three star hotel, which is close to the airport and a small commercial park. Comfortable and clean with a restaurant next door. We didin't use this on this occasion. Parking is onsite

The location is not perfect. Although it is near [5-6 mins by foot] the metro station, it is far from the town center, located in an industrial area, and in the night it is really dark to walk to the hotel, a big road is nearby and there is much noise during the day. Nevertheless, the area doesn't seem dangerous although it is isolated. There is no lift, so you have to carry your luggage up the stairs to your room. Furthermore, the room was really small.

It was decent clean. Metro transport from downtown is frequent.

no air conditioning, room was unbearably hot. fan was provided, but was so loud had to turn it off. shower flooded the whole bathroom, into the bedroom. the photos in the website look better than it actually is!

Breakfasts are poor. Rooms were cold, it took 1h to warm it up. It was problem with hot water, but they fixed it. small rooms.

Hotel is located on the road. Good when you have to have a rest on the road. There is a restaurant close to the hotel. Free parking.
